Description
図1は本発明の実施例1のコンデンサの正面図、図2は本実施例1のタンク内部を説明する断面図、図3は本実施例1のタンクの分解図、図4は図1の範囲A付近の分解斜視図、図5は図1の範囲B付近の分解斜視図、図6は図1の範囲C付近の分解斜視図である。
図1に示すように、本実施例1のコンデンサのコネクタ固定構造が採用されたコンデンサは、一対のタンク1,2と、該一対のタンク1,2の間に配置されるコア部3が備えられている。
同様に、タンク2は、その内部がディバイドプレートD5,D6,D7,D8で仕切られることによって室R2,R4,R5が形成されている。
タンク2には接続管12a,12bを介して室R4,5に連通したレシーバ12がタンク2にブラケットB1で固定されている。
さらに、タンク1,2の長手方向両端部には、後述する車両搭載用ブラケットT1〜T4が設けられている。
さらに、チューブプレート8の内側にはそれぞれ対応するディバイドプレートD1〜D4のコア部側上面一部とコア部側下面一部を挟むように係止可能な半円柱状の係止段部8cが対を成して突出した状態で設けられている。なお、係止段部8cはこの形状に限らない。
なお、車両搭載用ブラケットT1,T2はこの形状に限らず、詳細な部位の形状については車両側への固定構造によって適宜設計変更が成される。
具体的には、図13に示すように、係止溝24は、その断面が接続孔21の軸直方向に伸びる垂直部24aと、該垂直部24aの下端から所定の角度(例えばα=60°前後)で接続孔21のタンク側23と反対の方向へ斜めに伸びる傾斜部24bで構成されている。なお、寸法β、γについては適宜設定できる。
また、コネクタP1もコネクタP2と同じ形状でタンク1に設けられる方向が異なる。
さらに、コネクタP1,P2の詳細な部位の形状については車両側のアダプタ等の固定構造によって適宜設計変更が成される。
また、接続孔21のタンク側開口端部23が傾斜状に形成されるため、バーリング部27を密着した状態で形成することができる。
さらに、係止溝24は、接続孔21の軸直方向に伸びる垂直部24aと、該垂直部24aの下端から所定の角度で接続孔21のタンク1と反対の方向へ斜めに伸びる傾斜部24bを備えるため、コネクタP2は傾斜部24bでチューブプレート8に結合する方向に力が作用し易く、垂直部24aで係止して離れ難くなる。
続いて、コネクタP1もコネクタP1と同様にタンクプレート9に仮固定する。
この際、チューブプレート8の長手方向端部において、第1突出部8b,8bはタンクプレート9の長手方向両端部から長手方向へ突出した状態となる。
また、タンク2もタンク1と同様に仮組みされる他、車両搭載用ブラケットT3,T4及びレシーバ12も仮固定される。
また、本実施例1では少なくともタンクプレート9の内外面にクラッド層が設けられてコネクタP1,P2の側壁22との当接面を当接部としてろう付け固定される。勿論、接続孔21にクラッド層を設けてバーリング部27との当接面をろう付け固定しても良い。
最後に、室R6内の流通媒体は、コネクタP2の接続孔から図外のエバポレータ側へ排出され、コンデンサとして機能する。
以上、説明したように、本実施例1のコンデンサのコネクタ固定構造にあっては、一対のタンク1,2と、これら一対のタンク1,2の間に配置される複数のチューブ5とフィン6とから構成されるコア部3を備え、前記タンク1(2)に連通孔9cを設けると共に、この連通孔9cと連通した状態でコネクタP1(P2)の接続孔21を配置し、タンク1(2)の内側からポンチ26を連通孔9cを介して接続孔21に圧入させることにより、該連通孔9cに形成された筒状のバーリング部27を接続孔21に加締めて該コネクタP1(P2)とタンク21(2)を仮固定した後、タンク1(2)とコネクタP1(P2)の当接部をろう付け固定したコンデンサのコネクタ固定構造において、接続孔21に筒状のバーリング部の一部を係止させる係止溝24を形成したため、コネクタP1(P2)とタンク1(2)を堅固に仮固定できると同時に、両者の良好なろう付け固定を実現できる。
例えば、係止溝24、コネクタP1,P2、第1突出部8b,8b等の具体的な形状、配置、設置数については適宜設定できる。

Claims (1)
- 一対のタンクと、これら一対のタンクの間に配置される複数のチューブとフィンとから構成されるコア部を備え、
前記タンクの少なくとも一方に連通孔を設けると共に、該連通孔と連通した状態でコネクタの接続孔を配置し、
前記タンクの内側からポンチを前記連通孔を介して前記接続孔に圧入させることにより、前記連通孔に形成された筒状のバーリング部を前記接続孔に加締めて前記コネクタと前記タンクを仮固定した後、前記タンクと前記コネクタの当接部をろう付け固定したコンデンサのコネクタ固定構造において、
前記接続孔に、前記筒状のバーリング部の一部を係止させる係止溝を形成し、
該係止溝は、前記接続孔の軸直方向に伸びる垂直部と、該垂直部の下端から所定の角度でタンク側と反対方向へ斜めに伸びる傾斜部を備えることを特徴とするコンデンサのコネクタ固定構造。
