Claims (9)
- 液状の着色材を電線の外表面に付着させて、該外表面に帯状の意匠パターンを形成する電線着色装置であって、
前記電線の外表面に向かって前記着色材を噴出する着色手段と、
前記意匠パターンに対応した前記外表面の複数の着色領域の各々の全周に亘って前記着色材が付着されるように、前記着色手段の移動方向と前記電線の長手方向とが交差する状態で、前記着色手段と前記電線とを相対的に移動させる移動手段と、
を有することを特徴とする電線着色装置。 - 前記電線が、互いに並列に並べられ、
全ての電線の同一の前記着色領域に対して前記着色手段の移動方向と該全ての電線の長手方向とが交差する状態で、前記移動手段に前記着色手段と該全ての電線とを相対的に移動させた後に、同じように他の前記着色領域に対して前記移動手段に前記着色手段と該全ての電線とを相対的に移動させる移動制御手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電線着色装置。 - 前記複数の電線を間欠的に搬送する電線搬送手段を有するとともに、
前記移動制御手段が、前記電線搬送手段による複数の電線の搬送が停止しているときに、前記移動手段に前記同一の着色領域に対して前記着色手段と前記全ての電線とを相対的に移動させるとともに、該移動が終了した後に、前記複数の電線の搬送方向に所定距離ずらして、次の着色対象となる前記着色領域に対応して設定された移動開始位置に、前記着色手段を前記移動手段に移動させるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電線着色装置。 - 噴出した前記着色材が前記電線の外表面の全周に付着する位置のみで、前記着色手段が前記着色材を噴出するように制御する着色制御手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の電線着色装置。
- 液状の着色材を電線の外表面に付着させて、該外表面に帯状の意匠パターンを形成する電線着色装置であって、
前記電線の外表面に向かって前記着色材を噴出するとともに、前記電線を中心とした周方向に沿って並べられた複数の着色手段と、
前記意匠パターンに対応した前記外表面の複数の着色領域の各々の全周に亘って前記着色材が付着されるように、前記複数の着色手段を前記電線の長手方向に移動させる移動手段と、
前記着色領域に前記着色材を付着する位置で前記着色手段が前記着色材を噴出するように制御する着色制御手段と、
を有することを特徴とする電線着色装置。 - 液状の着色材を電線の外表面に付着させて、該外表面に帯状の意匠パターンを形成する電線着色装置であって、
前記電線の幅方向に幅が広い前記着色材の吐出口から前記電線の外表面に向かって前記着色材を噴出する着色手段と、
前記意匠パターンに対応した前記外表面の複数の着色領域の各々の全周に亘って前記着色材が付着されるように、前記着色手段を前記電線の長手方向に移動する移動手段と、
前記着色領域に前記着色材を付着する位置で前記着色手段が前記着色材を噴出するように制御する着色制御手段と、
を有することを特徴とする電線着色装置。 - 液状の着色材を電線の外表面に付着させて、該外表面に帯状の意匠パターンを形成する電線着色装置であって、
前記電線の外表面に向かって前記着色材を噴出する着色手段と、
前記電線と前記着色手段との間に介在し、且つ、前記意匠パターンとなるように前記着色手段が噴出した着色材の前記電線の外表面に対する付着を規制するマスク部材と、
前記マスク部材に対して前記着色手段を前記電線の長手方向に向かうように移動する移動手段と、
を有することを特徴とする電線着色装置。 - 前記着色手段は、保持部材で保持された状態の前記電線の外表面に前記着色材を噴出することを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の電線着色装置。
- 液状の着色材を電線の外表面に付着させて、該外表面に帯状の意匠パターンを形成する電線着色方法であって、
前記意匠パターンに対応した前記外表面の複数の着色領域の各々の全周に亘って前記着色材が付着されるように、前記電線の外表面に向かって前記着色材を噴出する着色手段の移動方向と前記電線の長手方向とが交差する状態で、前記着色手段と前記電線とを相対的に移動させることを特徴とする電線着色方法。
