Claims (7)
- ツールホルダ(2)およびスピンドルノーズ(5)を具備し、
前記ツールホルダ(2)は、メインスピンドルシャフト(20)とこのメインスピンドルシャフト(20)を支持する支持要素(23)とを有し、
この支持要素(23)は、第1の端部(3)に、回転自在な前記スピンドルノーズ(5)に適合させるためのツールホルダブシュ(4)を有し、第2の端部(6)にツールリセス(7)を有し、
このツールリセス(7)は、前記メインスピンドルシャフト(20)を、このメインスピンドルシャフト(20)がメインスピンドルシャフト(20)の軸方向に振動可能なように、支持し、
前記ツールホルダ(2)と前記スピンドルノーズ(5)とは、振動モータ(9)を形成してなるツール(1)であって、
前記振動モータ(9)は、強磁性システム(10a)を介して、前記メインスピンドルシャフト(20)を前記軸方向に振動させ、前記強磁性システム(10a)は、前記スピンドルノーズ(5)に固設された励起コイル(11)と、前記ツールホルダ(2)に回転不能に設けられた強磁性のヘッド(25)とを有することを特徴とするツール。 - 前記強磁性のヘッド(25)は、非接触で、前記励起コイル(11)と協働することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のツール。
- 前記強磁性のヘッド(25)は、周方向に、前記励起コイル(11)によって共軸に囲繞されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のツール。
- 前記強磁性のヘッド(25)と前記励起コイル(11)との間に、被覆管(12)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1に記載のツール。
- 前記被覆管(12)は、非磁性の材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のツール。
- 前記被覆管(12)は、固設されていることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載のツール。
- 前記被覆管(12)は、前記ツールホルダ(2)に組み入れられていることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載のツール。
