前記偽造防止装置を前記第2の面から見たとき前記色移行インクの光学的可変(OV)効果が観察され、および
前記偽造防止装置を前記第1の面から見たとき前記色移行インクのOV効果に加えて前記干渉構造のOV効果が観察される、偽造防止装置。 - 前記色移行インクの膜が前記ウインドウ部を通して前記基板の第1の面で支持され、前記膜が前記反射性パターン化薄膜層上に設けられる、請求項1に記載の偽造防止装置。
- 前記反射性パターン化薄膜層上に被覆される磨耗抵抗ラッカーの保護層を更に備える、請求項1に記載の偽造防止装置。
- 前景が色移行性であり、背景が非色移行性である、請求項1に記載の偽造防止装置。
- 背景が色移行性であり、前景が非色移行性である、請求項1に記載の偽造防止装置。
- 前記色移行インクが、雲母ベース顔料を含むインク、SecureShift(登録商標)インク、OVI(登録商標)、回析顔料を含むインク、液晶色移行インク、平らな薄膜光学構造で形成された顔料を有するインク、および回析フレークを有するインクからなるグループから選択される、請求項1に記載の偽造防止装置。
