本願は2005年12月14日に出願され「棘突起固定移植片」と題された、米国仮特許出願第60/750,520号の出願日の利益を主張するものであり、その内容は参照によって本願明細書に引用したものとする。

Claims (15)
- 棘突起安定化のための移植可能組立体であって、
細長いプレート部品と、前記細長いプレートの表と裏にそれぞれ直角に延伸する表および裏クロスプレートとからなる第一プレートと、
上部回転プレートと、
底部回転プレート、を備え、
前記上部および底部回転プレートは、前記表および裏クロスプレートに垂直な軸の周りに回転するべく構成され、
前記細長いプレートは、前記上部回転プレートの内側表面および前記底部回転プレートの内側表面に対面する内側表面を備えた、移植可能組立体。 - 前記上部および底部回転プレートは、前記表および裏クロスプレートの間に形成された隙間に受け入れられるべく構成された、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 請求項2に記載の組立体であって、前記表クロスプレート、前記上部回転プレート、前記底部回転プレートおよび前記裏クロスプレートに形成され、同芯上に整列された貫通孔開口を通して通り抜けるべく構成された支柱部材をさらに備え、かつ前記上部および底部回転プレートは、前記支柱部材の周りに回転するべく、かつ前記細長いプレートによって第一および第二回転角度を設定するべく構成され、それによって前記細長いプレートと前記上部および底部回転プレートそれぞれとの間の第一および第二間隔を画定する、組立体。
- 請求項3に記載の組立体であって、前記支柱部材は、前記上部および底部回転プレートを前記細長いプレートに対してしっかり動かないようにして回転を防止するためのロック要素を備え、かつ前記支柱部材は細長いボルトを備え、前記ロック要素は前記ボルトの部分に形成され、前記裏クロスプレート貫通孔の内径ねじに係合するべく寸法決めされたねじを備える、組立体。
- 請求項3に記載の組立体であって、前記支柱部材は、前記上部および底部回転プレートを前記細長いプレートに対してしっかり動かないようにして回転を防止するためのロック要素を備え、かつ前記支柱部材は細長いボルトを備え、前記ロック要素は、前記ボルト部分に形成され、前記裏クロスプレート貫通孔を該ボルトが通り抜けた後にナットに係合するべく寸法決めされたねじを備える、組立体。
- 請求項3に記載の組立体であって、前記細長いプレート、前記上部および底部回転プレートの前記内側表面は、前記プレートを前記細長いプレートと前記上部回転プレート間の前記第一隙間、および前記細長いプレートと前記上部回転プレート間の前記第二隙間、にそれぞれ位置する第一および第二棘突起に対して係合し、かつ摩擦力により動かなくするべく構成された突出物を含む、組立体。
- 請求項6に記載の組立体であって、前記表および裏クロスプレートは、前記第一および第二棘突起の間に嵌るべく寸法決めされ、前記棘突起の形状に適合するように形状決めされたエッジを備える、組立体。
- 請求項7に記載の組立体であって、前記上部および底部回転プレートは、前記第一および第二棘突起間に前記組立体を側方挿入するために、前記細長いプレートに対して90度の第一および第二回転角度まで回転される、組立体。
- 請求項8に記載の組立体であって、前記上部回転プレートを前記細長いプレートに対してしっかり動かないようにするためにさらに追加のロック部材を備え、前記追加のロック部材は、前記表クロスプレートに形成された第二の貫通孔の内部表面に形成されたねじを通りかつ係合するように、および前記上部回転プレートに摩擦力で係合するように寸法決めされた止めねじを備える、組立体。
- 請求項9に記載の組立体であって、前記細長いプレートの上部端と前記上部回転プレートの上部端をロックするべく構成された上部ロック部材をさらに備え、前記上部ロック部材は前記上部回転プレート端部、前記第一棘突起、および前記細長いプレートの上部端、を貫通して形成されたボルト孔を通して差し込まれるべく構成された長いボルトを備える、組立体。
- 請求項10に記載の組立体であって、前記細長いプレートの底部端と前記底部回転プレートの底部端をロックするべく構成された底部ロック部材をさらに備え、前記底部ロック部材は前記底部回転プレート底部端、前記第二棘突起、および前記細長いプレートの底部端、を貫通して形成されたボルト孔を通して差し込まれるべく構成された長いボルトを備える、組立体。
- 前記上部および底部ロック部材は、ステープル、より合わせケーブル、縫合線、ピンおよび止めねじ、の一つを含む請求項11に記載の組立体。
- 前記突出物は、歯、スパイク、セレーション、粗い被覆および隆起から構成されるグループから選択される、請求項6に記載の組立体。
- 前記第一プレート部品、前記上部および底部回転プレートは、長さが調整可能である、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記上部および底部回転プレートのおのおのは主本体および延伸アームを備え、前記延伸アームは前記主本体から分離可能である、請求項1に記載の組立体。
