Claims (2)
- 同心円の波形を付けた金属薄板の谷部にマイカ粉体のシール材を充填し、該金属薄板の両面にシール性を有する厚み0.10mm以上0.50mm以下のマイカシートを積層接着したことを特徴とするガスケット。
- 金属薄板の谷部における締付面圧が金属薄板の山部における締付面圧よりも低くなる密度で、マイカ粉体のシール材を金属薄板の谷部に充填したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスケット。
