- 前記トリガー事象検出器と通信する植え込み型心臓信号検知回路をさらに含み、前記虚血検出器は、心拍数の変化率が所定の心拍数閾値を越えることを示すトリガー信号によってイネーブルされる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記トリガー事象検出器と通信する植え込み型心臓信号検知回路をさらに含み、前記虚血検出器は、心拍変動(HRV)の減少を示すトリガー信号によってイネーブルされる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記トリガー事象検出器と通信する、植え込み型心臓信号検知回路および植え込み型呼吸センサをさらに含み、前記虚血検出器は、呼吸性洞性不整脈(RSA)の減少を示すトリガー信号によってイネーブルされる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記トリガー事象検出器に結合される、植え込み型患者活動センサおよびタイマ回路をさらに含み、前記虚血検出器は、所定期間内の患者活動レベルの減少を示すトリガー信号によってイネーブルされる、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記トリガー事象検出器と通信する、植え込み型患者活動センサおよび植え込み型呼吸センサをさらに含み、前記虚血検出器は、患者運動の増加および患者ストレスの増加のうちの少なくとも一方を示すトリガー信号によってイネーブルされる請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記トリガー事象検出器と通信する植え込み型心臓信号検知回路をさらに含み、前記虚血検出器は、異常心臓リズムを示すトリガー信号によってイネーブルされる、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記トリガー事象検出器に結合されるタイマ回路をさらに含み、前記虚血検出器は、概日リズムを使用して前記トリガー事象検出器によってイネーブルされる、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記トリガー事象検出器および前記虚血検出器は、植え込み型医療デバイス(IMD)内に含まれ、前記システムは、前記IMDと通信するように適応される外部デバイスをさらに含み、前記虚血検出器は、前記外部デバイスとの通信に応答して前記トリガー事象検出器によってイネーブルされる、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記虚血検出器は、
a)心音センサ、
b)心臓血圧センサ、
c)心臓内電位図を検知するように適応される心臓信号検知回路、
d)皮下ECG検知回路、
e)心壁運動センサ、
f)経胸郭インピーダンスセンサ、
g)心臓内インピーダンスセンサ、
h)化学センサ、
i)酸素センサ、
j)加速度計、および、
k)温度センサ
からなる群からの1つまたは複数の植え込み型センサを含む、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記虚血検出器は、
被検者において、虚血を示す1つまたは複数の生理的心臓血管事象に関連する第1電気センサ信号を生成するよう構成される、少なくとも1つの第1植え込み型センサと、
前記被検者の姿勢に関連する電気信号を生成するよう構成される植え込み型姿勢センサとを含み、
前記虚血検出器は、前記被検者の姿勢に関連する前記第1電気センサ信号を傾向付けするよう構成される、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記虚血検出器は、
被検者にいて虚血を示す1つまたは複数の生理的心臓血管事象に関連する第1電気センサ信号を生成するよう構成される、少なくとも1つの第1植え込み型センサと、
前記被検者の活動に関連する電気信号を生成するよう構成される、植え込み型活動センサとを含み、
前記虚血検出器は、前記被検者の活動に関連する前記第1電気センサ信号を傾向付けするよう構成される、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記虚血検出器は、
被検者において虚血を示す1つまたは複数の生理的心臓血管事象に関連する第1電気センサ信号を生成するよう構成された少なくとも1つの第1植え込み型センサと、
患者の心拍数に関連する電気信号を生成するよう構成される植え込み型心臓信号検知回路とを含み、
前記虚血検出器は、前記被検者の心拍数に関連する前記第1電気センサ信号を傾向付けするよう構成される、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記トリガー事象検出器および前記虚血検出器は、植え込み型医療デバイス(IMD)内に含まれ、
前記IMDは、
前記虚血検出器に結合された可聴アラーム回路をさらに含むIMDであって、前記虚血検出器は、前記第2状態を検出することによって、心筋虚血発作が診断される場合、可聴アラームを提供するよう構成される、前記虚血検出器に結合された可聴アラーム回路をさらに含むIDM、
心筋虚血の表示を外部デバイスに通信するよう構成されるIMD、
前記虚血検出器に結合された治療回路をさらに含むIMD
のうちの少なくとも1つであり、前記虚血検出器は、前記第2状態を検出することによって、心筋虚血発作が診断される場合、デバイス治療を始動するよう構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
