Claims (17)

− 1組の細長い弁輪−乳頭張力部材(21、22、23、24)であって、前記張力部材のそれぞれが、前記弁輪形成用リング(10)と前記心臓(100)の乳頭筋(170、171)との間にリンクを形成するように適合され、前記張力部材(21、22、23、24)のそれぞれが第1の端部(21a、22a、23a、24a)および第2の端部(21b、22b、23b、24b)を有する、1組の細長い弁輪−乳頭張力部材と、
− 前記弁輪−乳頭張力部材(21、22、23、24)の前記第2の端部(21b、22b、23b、24b)のそれぞれを前記乳頭筋(170、171)に連結する第1の組の乳頭アンカ(30)と、を備え、

- 前記第1の組のアンカ(30)の少なくとも1つのアンカが、前記心臓(100)の心室(110)の外壁(111)の外側面(170b)に取り付けられるように適合され、かつ前記張力部材は乳頭筋(170)を貫いて延在可能であるように適合されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記弁輪−乳頭張力部材(21、22、23、24)および/または前記乳頭間張力部材(25)の少なくとも1つの第2の端部(21b、22b、23b、24b、25b)には突通し手段(26)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項2を引用する請求項4に記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記弁輪形成用リング(10)には、前記弁輪形成用リング(10)を前記弁輪(180)の上側(180a)に取り付ける一体型装着手段が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記システムは、前記弁輪−乳頭張力部材(21、22、23、24)および前記乳頭間張力部材(25)の前記第1の端部(21a、22a、23a、24a、25a)を前記心房(150)の前記外壁(151)で繋止する心房アンカ(35)をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項2を引用する請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記システム1は、前記弁輪−乳頭張力部材(21、22、23、24)および/または前記乳頭間張力部材(25)の一部(21c、22c、23c、24c、25c)を前記弁輪形成用リング(10)の心房側(10a)でかつ前記心房側から、前記弁輪形成用リング(10)に取り付ける弁輪形成用リング固定システム(40)をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項2を引用する請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記弁輪形成用リング固定システム(40)は、前記張力部材(21、22、23、24、25)を前記弁輪形成用リング(10)の管状延長部(41)と栓部材(43)との間に固定するように適合されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記弁輪形成用リング固定システム(40)は、前記栓部材(43)の円錐部分(45)と協働するように適合された、前記弁輪形成用リング(10)の前記上側(10a)の前記弁輪形成用リングの前記管状延長部(41)の中に形成された円形切刃(42)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記システム(1)には、調整されるときに前記弁輪−乳頭張力部材(21、22、23、24)および/または前記乳頭間張力部材(25)を切断する手段(50)がさらに設けられ、前記切断する手段は補助器具400上に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項8から9のいずれかに記載のシステム(1)。
