Claims (6)
- 多相電流制御装置であって、
第1の電流経路と、
前記第1の電流経路の一端に配置された第1のインターフェースと、前記第1の電流経路の反対端に配置された第2のインターフェースとを備え、前記第1及び第2のインターフェースがヒューズ端子に結合するように構成された、規定のヒューズ端子の形状を有する導電インターフェースの第1のセットと、
前記第1のインターフェースと前記第2のインターフェースとの間に配置された第1のマイクロ電気機械システム(MEMS)スイッチと、
第2の電流経路と、
前記導電インターフェースの第1のセットの近傍に配置され、前記第2の電流経路の一端に配置された第3のインターフェースと、前記第2の電流経路の反対端に配置された第4のインターフェースとを備え、前記第3及び第4のインターフェースがヒューズ端子に結合するように構成された、規定のヒューズ端子の形状を有する導電インターフェースの第2のセットと、
前記第3のインターフェースと前記第4のインターフェースとの間に配置された第2のマイクロ電気機械システム(MEMS)スイッチと、
前記第1及び第2の電流経路と信号通信し、規定のトリップ事象のトリップパラメータに一致する前記第1及び第2の電流経路のいずれかを通過する電流に応答して、電流の遮断を前記第1及び第2のMEMSスイッチを介して促進するように構成された制御回路と、
前記制御回路と信号通信し、前記規定のトリップ事象に続く指令に応答して、前記前記第1及び第2のMEMSスイッチを作動させるアクティベータと、
前記制御回路と信号通信し、前記規定のトリップ事象の発生を示すインジケータと、
前記制御回路と信号通信し、前記規定のトリップ事象の前記パラメータを前記制御装置に送る入力装置と、
を備える多相電流制御装置。 - 第3の電流経路と、
前記導電インターフェースの第2のセットの近傍に配置され、前記第3の電流経路の一端に配置された第5のインターフェースと、前記第3の電流経路の反対端に配置された第6のインターフェースとを備え、前記第5及び第6のインターフェースがヒューズ端子に結合するように構成された、導電インターフェースの第3のセットと、
前記第5のインターフェースと前記第6のインターフェースとの間に配置された第3のマイクロ電気機械システム(MEMS)スイッチと、
を備え、
前記制御回路が、規定のトリップ事象のトリップパラメータに一致する前記第1乃至第3の電流経路のいずれかを通過する電流に応答して、電流の遮断を前記第1乃至第3のMEMSスイッチを介して促進するように構成される、請求項1に記載の多相電流制御装置。 - 前記規定のトリップ事象の前記パラメータは、時間、電流レベル、又はその組み合わせの少なくとも1つである、請求項1または2に記載の多相電流制御装置。
- 前記第1又は第2のMEMSスイッチの状態の変化を、前記導電経路を通過する交流電流と前記導電経路の交流電圧との少なくとも1つの絶対値ゼロ基準に対するゼロ交差の発生と同期化するソフトスイッチング回路を更に備える、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の電流制御装置。
- 前記制御回路と信号接続する通信接続を更に備え、
前記制御回路は、前記通信接続と信号接続された外部装置に応動して、前記MEMSスイッチの状態を制御する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の電流制御装置。 - 少なくとも2つの電流経路を通過する電流を制御する方法であって、
前記少なくとも2つの電流経路と一体に構成された制御回路を介して電流を測定するステップであって、前記少なくとも2つの電流経路の内の第1の電流経路が、規定のヒューズ端子の形状を有する導電インターフェースの第1のセットを備え、前記少なくとも2つの電流経路の内の第2の電流経路が、規定のヒューズ端子の形状を有する導電インターフェースの第2のセットを備える、前記測定するステップと、
少なくとも2つのMEMSスイッチを介して、前記制御回路と規定のトリップ事象に応動して前記電流の遮断を促進するステップと、
を含み、
前記少なくとも2つのMEMSスイッチの内の第1のMEMSスイッチが、前記第1の電流経路の一端に配置された前記導電インターフェースの第1のセットの第1のインターフェースと、前記第1の電流経路の反対端に配置された前記導電インターフェースの第1のセットの第2のインターフェースとの間に配置され、
前記少なくとも2つのMEMSスイッチの内の第2のMEMSスイッチが、前記第2の電流経路の一端に配置された前記導電インターフェースの第2のセットの第1のインターフェースと、前記第2の電流経路の反対端に配置された前記導電インターフェースの第2のセットの第2のインターフェースとの間に配置され、
前記制御回路が、前記規定のトリップ事象に続く指令に応答して、前記前記第1及び第2のMEMSスイッチを作動させるアクティベータと、前記規定のトリップ事象の発生を示すインジケータと、前記規定のトリップ事象の前記パラメータを入力する入力装置とを備える、
方法。
