Description
Claims (8)
- 液晶パネルと、該液晶パネルに光を照射する面状光源装置と、
該面状光源装置内で線状に配置された複数の発光ダイオードと、
該発光ダイオードを電気的に接続し、上記発光ダイオードに電圧を供給する配線を有する回路基板と、
上記発光ダイオードの光が入射する入射面を有する導光板と、
上記導光板を収納する収納部とを有し、
上記回路基板は上記導光板の入射面に対向するよう配置され、上記回路基板の下端は上記導光板の底面よりも下側に位置し、
上記導光板の底面と上記収納部との間には反射シートが設けられ、
上記発光ダイオードは上記回路基板の幅方向上側に配置されるとともに上記反射シートの上側に位置し、
上記配線は上記回路基板の幅方向下側に配置されるとともに上記反射シートの下側に位置し、
上記収納部の下面は上記導光板の入射面側で上記回路基板に沿うように上記回路基板の幅方向下側に屈曲し、上記配線が設けられた領域の上記回路基板を覆う回路基板収納部を形成しており、
上記導光板の上記入射面の両端に、上記入射面から上記回路基板に向けて突出部が形成され、
上記突出部と上記回路基板との間にクッション材が設けられ、
上記突出部が上記クッション材を介して上記回路基板に接することにより上記入射面と上記発光ダイオードとの間の間隔が保たれ、
上記反射シートは上記間隔および上記発光ダイオードの下を覆うように、上記導光板の底面から上記間隔を越えて上記発光ダイオードの下端にまで配置されることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 上記回路基板の幅は上記導光板の入射面の厚さよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 上記クッション材は高反射率な表面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 上記回路基板は金属板にフレキシブル基板が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 液晶パネルと、該液晶パネルに光を照射するバックライトと、上記液晶パネルを制御するコントロール部とを有する液晶表示装置であって、
上記バックライトは、導光板と、上記導光板の一辺に沿って形成された板状光源部と、上記板状光源部を覆う基板収納部とを有し、
上記板状光源部は複数の発光ダイオードを搭載した光出射面と上記発光ダイオードに電圧を供給する配線とを有し、
該光出射面の幅は上記導光板の厚さより厚く、
上記導光板の下には反射シートが形成され、
上記発光ダイオードは上記板状光源部の幅方向上側に配置されるとともに上記反射シートの上側に位置し、
上記配線は上記板状光源部の幅方向下側に配置されるとともに上記反射シートの下側に位置し、
上記基板収納部の上記光出射面近傍が上記板状光源部の幅方向下側に凹んで、上記配線が設けられた領域の上記回路基板を覆い、
上記光出射面には上記反射シートの上側に上記発光ダイオードが形成され、
上記反射シートの下側には配線が設けられ、
上記導光板の入射面の両端に、上記入射面から上記板状光源部に向けて突出部が形成され、
上記突出部がクッション材を介して上記板状光源部に接することにより上記入射面と上記発光ダイオードとの間の間隔が保たれ、
上記反射シートは上記間隔および上記発光ダイオードの下を覆うように、上記導光板の下から上記間隔を越えて上記発光ダイオードの下端にまで配置されたことを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 上記発光ダイオードは線状に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 上記導光板は収納ケースに収納され、収納ケースと導光板との間にクッション材を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 上記板状光源部は金属板にフレキシブル基板が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液晶表示装置。
