Description

The present invention relates to a lighting device having a function of blowing out conditioned air.

For example, in an operating room or the like provided in a medical facility, a so-called shadowless lamp that irradiates the operating table from multiple directions is used. On the other hand, in the operating room etc., the cleanliness around the operating table is always high by discharging clean air downward from the ceiling surface etc. to the operating table and exhausting it from the exhaust port provided in the lower part of the wall surface etc. Maintained in a state.

As a combination of the operating light and the clean air supply function, a laminar flow unit connected to the fan filter unit is provided around the operating light column provided on the ceiling. (See, for example, Patent Document 1). In addition, a light source device and a filter are mounted on the lower surface of the surgical light, and clean air that has passed through the filter around the light source device is discharged downward (see, for example, Patent Document 2). .

特開2004−245562号公報JP 2004-245562 A 特開2006−147482号公報JP 2006-147482 A

However, when clean air is discharged from a ceiling surface or the like above the shadow lamp as in Patent Document 1, the shadow lamp becomes an obstacle to the flow of clean air. As a result, it becomes difficult to maintain high cleanliness around the operating table. Moreover, in the said patent document 2, in order to increase the area of a filter, the installation number of a light source device must be decreased, and an illumination function will be inhibited. On the other hand, if the number of installed light source devices is increased in order to ensure a sufficient illumination function, the area of the filter is reduced, and the function of blowing out conditioned air is hindered.

The objective of this invention is providing the illuminating device provided effectively with both the illumination function and the blowing function of conditioned air. More specifically, an object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus that maintains the illuminance with a smaller number of luminaires in a target space such as a surgical field without disturbing the flow of supply air by illumination.

In order to achieve such an object, according to the present invention, there is provided an illuminating device having a function of blowing out conditioned air, wherein a plurality of conditioned air outlets are opened at the bottom of an air supply chamber to which conditioned air is supplied. Each of the plurality of outlets is provided with a light source device provided with a light source and a breathable reflecting member, and the bottom surface of the air supply chamber is closed so that there is no air permeability between the plurality of outlets. A lighting device is provided.

According to this illuminating device, the conditioned air supplied into the air supply chamber can be blown out through the reflecting member of the light source device. In this illumination device, the light source is, for example, an LED. Further, the closing member closing the bottom surface of the air supply chamber may have elasticity, and the angle of the light source device may be variable. Further, the light source is provided above the bottom surface of the air supply chamber and inside the air supply chamber, and the reflection member is provided between the bottom surface of the air supply chamber and the light source. May be.

According to the present invention, since the conditioned air can be blown out through the reflecting member of the light source device, the function of blowing out the conditioned air is not hindered even if the number of installed light source devices is increased. For this reason, the illuminating device provided effectively with both the illumination function and the blowing function of the conditioned air is provided.

Hereinafter, an example of an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram of an operating room 2 provided with a lighting device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram showing the internal structure of the illumination device 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a bottom view of the lighting device 1. In addition, in this specification and drawing, about the component which has the substantially same function structure, duplication description is abbreviate | omitted by attaching | subjecting the same code | symbol.

An operating table 10 is installed on the floor surface of the operating room 2. On the ceiling surface of the operating room 2, an air supply port 11 for supplying conditioned air to the entire room is opened at a distance in a plane from the operating table 10, a fan filter unit 26 and a support member 35, which will be described later. An exhaust port 12 is opened on the side wall surface of the chamber 2. An air conditioner 18 including a filter 15, a heat exchanger 16, and a fan 17 is provided outside the operating room 2. A return air duct 20 that returns the indoor air RA exhausted from the exhaust port 12 and an outside air duct 21 that introduces outside air OA are connected to the suction side of the air conditioner 18. An air supply duct 22 that blows conditioned air SA adjusted by the air conditioner 18 to the air supply port 11 is connected to the discharge side 18 b of the air conditioner 18.

In the operating room 2, the lighting device 1 is disposed above the operating table 10. The illuminating device 1 is supported by an articulated arm 23 as a supporting member attached to the ceiling of the operating room 2, and the position of the illuminating device 1 can be arbitrarily moved.

As shown in FIG. 2, the illuminating device 1 has a configuration in which a fan filter unit 26 is attached to the upper surface of an air supply chamber 25 having a rectangular parallelepiped shape. The fan filter unit 26 includes a fan 27 and a filter 28, and takes in the air inside the operating room 2 by the operation of the fan 27. Air-conditioned air is supplied.

As shown in FIG. 2, air-conditioning air outlets 30 are distributed and opened at a plurality of locations on the bottom surface of the air supply chamber 25 of the lighting device 1. Note that the outlet 30 is open to the bottom surface of the air supply chamber 25. Each outlet 30 is provided with a light source device 31.

The light source device 31 has a configuration in which a light source 33 is attached to the upper center of a substantially hemispherical reflecting member 32. The light source 33 is, for example, an LED, and can emit light with little heat generation. The reflecting member 32 reflects the light emitted from the light source 33 and irradiates the light downward toward the inside of the operating room 2 through the outlet 30. The reflecting member 32 has air permeability, and the reflecting member 32 includes, for example, a structure in which a reflecting material is applied to a base material having air permeability such as ceramics and sintered metal, a stainless steel wire net, and the like. The reflective member 32 includes structurally breathable structures such as a case where the material itself is breathable and a case where the material itself is not breathable, such as a punching, a net structure, and a weaving structure with voids. The light source 33 is provided above the bottom surface of the air supply chamber 25 and inside the air supply chamber 25, and the reflection member 32 is provided between the bottom surface of the air supply chamber 25 and the light source 33.

The light source device 31 is attached to the air supply chamber 25 of the lighting device 1 via a support member 35 such as a flexible joint, and the angle of the light source device 31 is variable. The bottom surface of the air supply chamber 25 is closed around each outlet 30 by a non-breathable closing member 36. For this reason, the conditioned air supplied into the air supply chamber 25 by the operation of the fan 27 passes through the reflective member 32 having air permeability and is supplied into the operation room 2. The closing member 36 that closes the periphery of each outlet 30 on the bottom surface of the air supply chamber 25 is made of a stretchable material such as a rubber sheet.

In the operating room 2 as described above, by operating the fan 17 of the air conditioner 18, the outside air OA and the room air RA exhausted from the operating room 2 are taken into the air conditioner 18 and adjusted by the filter 15 and the heat exchanger 16. The conditioned air SA is supplied into the operating room 2 through the air supply duct 22. In the operating room 2, the operating table 10 can be irradiated from multiple directions by a plurality of light source devices 31 provided at each outlet 30 on the lower surface of the lighting device 1. On the other hand, after the conditioned air SA in the operating room 2 is once supplied into the air supply chamber 25 by the operation of the fan 27 of the fan filter unit 26 attached to the lighting device 1, the reflective member 32 having air permeability is provided. And is supplied downward on the operating table 10. In this way, the cleanliness around the operating table is always kept high.

The closing member 36 closing the periphery of each outlet 30 on the bottom surface of the air supply chamber 25 is made of a non-breathable material such as a rubber sheet. For this reason, the conditioned air SA supplied into the air supply chamber 25 by the fan 27 passes through only the reflecting member 32 and is supplied into the operating room 2. In this manner, the conditioned air SA can be supplied to the operating table 10 at a desired flow rate by passing only the conditioned air SA through the reflecting member 32.

Moreover, since the illuminating device 1 is supported by the articulated arm 23 attached to the ceiling of the operating room 2, the illuminating device 1 can be arbitrarily moved to a position preferable for irradiating the operating table 10. In addition, each light source device 31 provided in the illumination device 1 is supported by a support member 35 such as a flexible joint, and the angle is variable. Therefore, it is possible to irradiate not only the illumination device 1 but also the operating table 10 in an optimal state by adjusting the angles of the light source devices 31. The orientation of each light source device 31 can be adjusted by inserting a hand into the air outlet 30 from the room side or by providing an inspection port in the air supply chamber 25.

Note that the periphery of each outlet 30 on the bottom surface of the air supply chamber 25 is closed by a closing member 36 having elasticity such as a rubber sheet. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 4, even when the angle of each light source device 31 is adjusted, the periphery of each outlet 30 is closed by the deformation of the closing member 36 between the outlets 30. State is maintained. As a result, the state in which the conditioned air SA is allowed to pass through only the reflection member 32 is maintained.

As mentioned above, although an example of preferable embodiment of this invention was demonstrated, this invention is not limited to the form of illustration. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes or modifications can be made within the scope of the ideas described in the claims, and these are naturally within the technical scope of the present invention. It is understood that it belongs.

For example, as shown in FIG. 5, an air supply duct 22 may be directly connected to the air supply chamber 25 of the lighting device 1. In this case, the fan filter unit 26 can be omitted. In addition, when connecting the air supply duct 22 to the air supply chamber 25 in this way, it is preferable to use a flexible duct or the like for the air supply duct 22 so as not to hinder the movement of the lighting device 1.

The light source 33 of the light source device 31 is not limited to an LED, and an arbitrary light source can be used. It is desirable to use a light source that generates as little heat as possible. Moreover, in FIG. 3, although the blower outlet 30 provided in the bottom face of the air supply chamber 25 of the illuminating device 1 showed the circular example, the shape of the blower outlet 30 is arbitrary and may be a polygon. For example, if the outlet 30 is a quadrangle, the blocking member 36 is configured in a lattice shape, resulting in a uniform outlet and easy manufacture.

The present invention can be applied to, for example, a surgical light used in a medical facility.
