Description
Claims (1)
- 膜電極アセンブリにガスケットを成形するシステムであって、
閉鎖可能な第1の型ブロック及び第2の型ブロックによって少なくとも部分的に画定されるキャビティと、
前記キャビティ内にガスケット材を射出するための少なくとも1つの射出ゲートと、
前記第1の型ブロックに固定され、前記膜電極アセンブリを前記キャビティに隣接させて保持するためのマウントと、
前記キャビティ内のガスケット材に圧力を加えることなく前記マウント上に保持されている前記膜電極アセンブリに圧力を加えるために、前記閉鎖可能な第1の型ブロック及び第2の型ブロックに対して独立して移動可能となるように前記第2の型ブロック内に配置された型インサートと、
を備えるシステム。
