Claims (7)
- 材料粉末を供給して粉末層を形成する粉末層形成手段と、前記粉末層形成手段により形成された粉末層の所定の箇所に光ビームを照射して該粉末層を焼結又は溶融固化させ固化層を形成する光ビーム照射手段と、を備え、前記粉末層と固化層との形成を繰り返すことにより複数の固化層が一体化した三次元形状造形物を造形する積層造形装置において、
前記粉末層が形成されるベースと、
前記ベースを囲み、前記粉末層を保持する材料保持枠と、
上面に光ビームを透過させるウィンドウを有し、且つ下面が開放されて前記材料保持枠の水平面上を移動し前記粉末層を覆う覆い枠と、
前記覆い枠内に雰囲気ガスを供給する雰囲気ガス供給手段と、を備え、
前記覆い枠の投影面積が、前記造形物が造形される前記材料保持枠の開口面積よりも小さいことを特徴とする積層造形装置。 - 前記粉末層形成手段及び覆い枠が一体であり、該粉末層形成手段及び覆い枠が移動することにより粉末層が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記粉末層形成手段が前記覆い枠の周囲に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記粉末層形成手段及び覆い枠を複数有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記造形物の表層及び不要部分を除去する除去手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記粉末層及び固化層の形成と前記除去とを同時に行なうことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記粉末層形成手段及び覆い枠と、前記除去手段とを複数有することを特徴とする請求項5又は請求項6に記載の積層造形装置。
