Description

Claims (10)
- 材料を混合するための装置において、
支持体と、
前記支持体に配置されている混合容器であって、材料を保持するように構成されている混合容器と、
前記支持体を通り前記混合容器の中へ突き出るように構成されている駆動装置アッセンブリと、を備えており、
前記混合容器はパドルを含んでおり、前記駆動装置アッセンブリは前記パドルに取り付けるように構成されており、且つ、前記駆動装置アッセンブリは、混合容器内の材料を混合するために、前記パドルを、設定された或る角度で往復式に振動させるように構成されており、
前記混合容器は、少なくとも一つのスリーブを有する混合袋体を含み、前記スリーブは、前記混合容器の中に配置され、前記パドルは、可撓性の前記スリーブの内側に装着された前記駆動装置アッセンブリの駆動シャフトによって駆動され、それによって、前記駆動シャフトは、前記混合容器の内容物には接触していない、装置。 - 前記駆動装置アッセンブリは、
ギヤボックスに連結されている電気サーボモーターを更に備えており、前記ギヤボックスは駆動シャフトに連結されており、前記駆動シャフトは前記パドルを往復式に振動させる、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記設定された角度は、何れの方向にも1度から360度の範囲にある、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記混合袋体と前記少なくとも1つのスリーブは、一体に継ぎ合わされている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記スリーブは、単一層であるか又は複数層のフィルムの材料から作られている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記混合袋体は、可撓性と非透水性を有する材料から作られている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記パドルは複数の穴を有している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記パドルは、垂直方向に、前記混合容器の垂直方向の高さの5%から95%まで伸張している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記パドルは、分当たり10サイクルから60サイクルの範囲の速度で往復式に振動する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記スリーブ又はパドルに連結されているチューブであって、前記混合袋体の中へ気体を分散させるように構成されているチューブを備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
