Description
・「希釈剤」として天然ガスを使用することによって、N2や水蒸気などでの「希釈」時に通常予想されるような、動作又は効率を大きく制限することなく、水素を多く含む燃料を用いてガスタービンを安全に動作させることが可能になる。それによって、設備設計時の大きな変更を避けることができる。
・天然ガスを水素と混合することができ、その混合物を段階的に噴射することができる。それは、H2の「希釈」に少量のN2又は水蒸気で済むことを意味する。それと同時に、混合した燃料をより良好に噴射することができる(純粋なH2のジェットは、非常に弱く、浸入度が小さい)。
・天然ガスと水素は、バーナー内に、さもなければ、流れの方向に対して順番に噴射して、それに続いて混合させることができる。
・メタノール製造時に洗浄用水素が余るポリジェネレーション設備では、そのH2をガスタービンの天然ガス燃料と混合することができる。それによって、H2発生時に生じるCO2の削減が前提条件である場合に、発生するエネルギー単位当たりのCO2排出量が削減される。
・天然ガス中で少量のH2を燃焼させることは、AEVタイプの既存の希薄式事前混合バーナーでは問題にならない。
・本発明は、通常動作時に天然ガスで動作する設備だけでなく、天然ガスが連続動作を始動又は維持するための燃料としてのみ用いられる設備でも使用することができる。

Claims (7)
- 燃焼空気を圧縮するための少なくとも一つの圧縮機(12)と、供給される燃料(14,15,18,19)を圧縮された燃焼空気を用いて燃焼させるための少なくとも一つの燃焼室(13,17)と、この少なくとも一つの燃焼室(13,17)からの高温ガスが貫流する少なくとも一つのタービン(16,20)とを有し、燃料として、天然ガスの形の炭素ベースの第一の燃料(14,18)と、水素を多く含む燃料又は純粋な水素の形の第二の燃料(15,19)とを使用し、第一及び第二の燃料(14,18;15,19)を互に混合して、少なくとも一つの燃焼室(13,17)内で一緒に燃焼させるガスタービン設備(11〜20)の動作方法において、
ガスタービン設備(11〜20)が、それぞれタービン(16,20)を後続した少なくとも二つの連続する燃焼室( 13,17)内で逐次燃焼させる設備として構成されていることと、
各燃焼室(13,17)内で、第一及び第二の燃料(14,18;15,19)の混合物を燃焼させることと、
ガス化ユニット(32)で炭素を含む装入原料(62)からガスを取得して、そのガスが、冷却及び加水分解ユニット(35)での冷却及びCOS加水分解、MDEA洗浄ユニット(38)での酸性ガスの分離、並びに金属カルボニル除去ユニット(39)での金属カルボニルの分離後に、水素を多く含む合成ガス(48)として、ガスタービン設備(11〜20)に第二の燃料(15,19)として供給されることと、
一つ又は複数の燃焼室(13,17)が、事前混合バーナー(28)を備えていることと、
流れの方向に対して、先ずは第一の燃料(14,18)を噴射し、更に下流で第二の燃料(15,19)を噴射することと、
を特徴とする方法。 - 水素が、膜分離ユニット(41)で合成ガス(48)の一部から抜き取られて、未処理の水素(46)としてPSA精製ユニット(40)に供給され、そこで純粋な水素(44)に精製されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 膜分離ユニット(41)及びPSA精製ユニット(40)で発生した残留ガス(45)がガスタービン設備(11〜20)で消費されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 事前混合バーナー(28)が、事前混合器(29)とそれに後続する混合パイプ(30)とを有することと、
第一の燃料(14,18)が事前混合器(29)内に噴射され、第二の燃料(15,19)が混合パイプ(30)内に噴射されることと、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - ガスタービン設備(11〜20)が、複合サイクル発電施設ユニット(10)の一部であることと、
ガスタービン設備(11〜20)の高温の排ガスが、水蒸気(49)を発生させるために使用されることと、
を特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。 - 発生させた水蒸気を第二の燃料(15,19)を発生させるために使用することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 各燃焼室(13,17)には、第一及び第二の燃料用の別個の燃料供給部(14,18又は15,19)が配備されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
