Description
導体には錫めっき銅素線を用いた。導体サイズは35SQであり、導体構成は親撚り本数/子撚り本数/素線径(mm)=19/35/0.26とした。
レオメータトルクの評価は、JIS K6300に準拠して試験温度192℃、10分間の最大トルク値を測定して行った。
内層絶縁層、外層絶縁層、シースにおいて、EPDMとしてEPT1045(三井化学製)、難燃剤として水酸化マグネシウム(キスマ5L、協和化学工業製)、有機過酸化物として1,3−ビス(2−t−ブチルパーオキシイソプロピル)ベンゼン(化薬アクゾ製、パーカドックス14)、架橋助剤として亜鉛華3号(堺化学工業製)、ヒンダードフェノール化合物としてペンタエリスリトールテトラキス[3−(3,5−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオネート](チバ・ジャパン製、イルガノックス1010)、チオエーテル化合物としてペンタエリスリチルテトラキス(3−ラウリルチオプロピオネート)(シプロ化成製、シーノックス412S)、滑剤としてオレイン酸アマイドを表1に示した配合で、55Lニーダを用いて、コンパウンドを作製した。得られたコンパウンドを図1に示したシールド付き電気絶縁ケーブル形状に押出成形した。
内層絶縁層およびシースは実施例1〜4と同様にコンパウンドを作製した。外層絶縁層において、HNBRとしてゼットポール2010L(日本ゼオン製)、難燃剤として水酸化マグネシウム(キスマ5L、協和化学工業製)、有機過酸化物として1,3−ビス(2−t−ブチルパーオキシイソプロピル)ベンゼン(化薬アクゾ製、パーカドックス14)、架橋助剤として亜鉛華3号(堺化学工業製)、ヒンダードフェノール化合物としてペンタエリスリトールテトラキス[3−(3,5−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオネート](チバ・ジャパン製、イルガノックス1010)、チオエーテル化合物としてペンタエリスリチルテトラキス(3−ラウリルチオプロピオネート)(シプロ化成製シーノックス412S)、滑剤としてオレイン酸アマイドを表1に示した配合で、55Lニーダを用いて、コンパウンドを作製した。得られたコンパウンドを図1に示したシールド付き電気絶縁ケーブル形状に押出成形した。
内層絶縁層およびシースにおいて、EPDM100質量部、水酸化マグネシウム100質量部、1,3−ビス(2−t−ブチルパーオキシイソプロピル)ベンゼン2質量部、亜鉛華3号2質量部、ペンタエリスリトールテトラキス[3−(3,5−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオネート]0.5質量部、ペンタエリスリチルテトラキス(3−ラウリルチオプロピオネート)0.5質量部、オレイン酸アマイド1質量部をコンパウンドに作製した。外層絶縁層において、エチレン−エチルアクリレート共重合体(MFR:0.4g/10min、エチルアクリレート含有量:10mass%)100質量部、水酸化マグネシウム100質量部、1,3−ビス(2−t−ブチルパーオキシイソプロピル)ベンゼン2質量部、亜鉛華3号2質量部、ペンタエリスリトールテトラキス[3−(3,5−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオネート]0.5質量部、ペンタエリスリチルテトラキス(3−ラウリルチオプロピオネート)0.5質量部、オレイン酸アマイド1質量部をコンパウンドに作製した。得られたコンパウンドを図1に示したシールド付き電気絶縁ケーブル形状に押出成形した。
内層絶縁層およびシースにおいて、比較例1と同様にコンパウンドを作製した。外層絶縁層において、ポリエチレン(密度:924kg/m3、MFR:0.2g/10min)100質量部、水酸化マグネシウム100質量部、1,3−ビス(2−t−ブチルパーオキシイソプロピル)ベンゼン2質量部、亜鉛華3号2質量部、ペンタエリスリトールテトラキス[3−(3,5−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオネート]を0.5質量部、ペンタエリスリチルテトラキス(3−ラウリルチオプロピオネート)0.5質量部、オレイン酸アマイド1質量部をコンパウンドに作製した。得られたコンパウンドを図1に示したシールド付き電気絶縁ケーブル形状に押出成形した。

内層絶縁層およびシースにおいて、比較例1と同様にコンパウンドを作製した。外層絶縁層において、EPDM100質量部、水酸化マグネシウム100質量部、1,3−ビス(2−t−ブチルパーオキシイソプロピル)ベンゼン2質量部、亜鉛華3号2質量部、ペンタエリスリトールテトラキス[3−(3,5−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオネート]を11質量部、ペンタエリスリチルテトラキス(3−ラウリルチオプロピオネート)10質量部、オレイン酸アマイド1質量部をコンパウンドに作製した。得られたコンパウンドを図1に示したシールド付き電気絶縁ケーブル形状に押出成形した。

Claims (3)
- 金属編組に接する絶縁層を有するシールド付き電気絶縁ケーブルにおいて、
前記絶縁層が、シリコーンゴム以外のノンハロゲンゴム100質量部に対し、ヒンダードフェノール化合物とチオエーテル化合物とからなる添加物を1〜20質量部含むノンハロゲン架橋ゴムからなることを特徴とするシールド付き電気絶縁ケーブル。 - 前記絶縁層の200℃における酸化誘導期が10分以上である請求項1に記載のシールド付き電気絶縁ケーブル。
- 前記絶縁層は0.1mm以上の厚みを有する請求項1又は2に記載のシールド付き電気絶縁ケーブル。
