Description
(i)1つ以上の添加剤;

を含み、潤滑組成剤が少なくとも20のTBNおよび100℃にて少なくとも9mm2/秒の動粘度を有する、潤滑組成物が提供される。

(実施例1および2ならびに比較例AからC)
以下の実施例の潤滑組成物を、添加剤一式と基油および増粘剤ブレンドとを均質になるまで混合することによって調製した。
2.Royal Dutch/Shell Group of Companiesから市販されている、100℃にて約32mm2/秒の動粘度を有する、溶剤抽出方法によって製造されたパラフィン系APIグループI基油
3.100℃にて66m2/秒の動粘度、989kg/m3の密度および9℃の流動点を有する、Royal Dutch/Shell Group of Companiesから市販されている脱アスファルトシリンダー油
4.米国特許第7354508号に記載された方法によって便利に調製され得る、100℃にて約19cStの動粘度、142の粘度指数、837kg/m3の密度および−24℃の流動点を有するフィッシャー・トロプシュ由来グループIII基油
5.WO02/070631に記載された方法によって便利に調製され得る、100℃にて約8mm2/秒の動粘度、143から148の粘度指数、828kg/m3の密度および−24℃の流動点を有するフィッシャー・トロプシュ由来グループIII基油
6.過剰塩基洗浄剤、抗摩耗剤としてのジチオリン酸亜鉛、安定剤、流動点降下剤および消泡剤を含む添加剤一式
本方法は、潤滑剤−燃料組成物の潤滑剤−燃料適合性を決定する手順について説明する。
Claims (10)
- (i)1つ以上の添加剤;
(ii)100℃にて7から10mm2/秒の範囲の動粘度を有する第1のフィッシャー・トロプシュ由来基油を組成物の重量で少なくとも30重量%;および
(iii)100℃にて18から30mm2 /秒の範囲の動粘度を有する第2のフィッシャー・トロプシュ由来基油、および当該第2のフィッシャー・トロプシュ由来基油と脱アスファルトシリンダー油(DACO)との混合物からなる群から選択される増粘剤を組成物の重量で少なくとも30重量%;
を含む潤滑組成物であって、潤滑組成剤が少なくとも20mg KOH/gのTBNおよび100℃にて少なくとも9mm2/秒の動粘度を有する、潤滑組成物。 - 増粘剤が100℃にて18から22mm2/秒の範囲の動粘度を有するフィッシャー・トロプシュ由来基油である、請求項1に記載の潤滑組成物。
- 増粘剤が100℃にて24から27mm2/秒の範囲の動粘度を有するフィッシャー・トロプシュ由来基油である、請求項1に記載の潤滑組成物。
- 第1のフィッシャー・トロプシュ由来基油が7から9mm2/秒の動粘度を有する、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の潤滑組成物。
- 第1のフィッシャー・トロプシュ由来基油が組成物の少なくとも35重量%のレベルで存在する、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の潤滑組成物。
- 増粘剤が組成物の重量で少なくとも35%のレベルで存在する、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の潤滑組成物。
- 潤滑組成物が少なくとも30mg KOH/gのTBNを有する、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の潤滑組成物。
- 潤滑剤−燃料適合性試験方法において60:40以上の潤滑剤:燃料重量比にて、50mlを超える油相を提供する、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の潤滑組成物。
- 中速4ストロークエンジンのための請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の潤滑組成物の使用。
- エンジンが船舶用エンジンである、請求項9に記載の潤滑組成物の使用。
