Description
Claims (10)
- 使用時に投与量の薬剤を収容するシリンジを受容するための自動注射器であって、前記シリンジ(12)は、略円筒形状のシリンジ本体(14)と、該シリンジ本体の先端の針(18)と、前記薬剤を輸送するために前記シリンジ本体にスライド可能に設置されたピストン(20)とを具備し、
前記自動注射器は、
使用時に、後退ポジションと、前記針(18)がハウジングから突出する延出された注射ポジションとの間のスライド移動のための前記シリンジ(12)を受容するための前記ハウジング(10)と、
前記シリンジを前方へ駆動するためにエネルギー貯蓄された状態から前記注射ポジションへと解放され、薬剤を吐出する駆動機構(30−36)とを具備し、
前記駆動機構が、
使用時に前記ピストン(20)を駆動するように構成されたプランジャー(36)と、
中間駆動部材(34)と、
前記中間駆動部材(34)を前方に押し出すために、前記中間駆動部材と、前記ハウジング又はそれと関連する部品との間に配置された第一圧縮駆動ばね(30)と、
プランジャー(36)を前方に押し出すために、前記中間駆動部材と、前記プランジャーとの間で駆動する第二圧縮駆動ばね(32)とを有する自動注射器において、
前記駆動機構が解放されると、すぐに前記中間駆動部材(34)及びプランジャー(34)が相対運動のため自由になることを特徴とする自動注射器。 - 前記駆動機構が解放されると、前記シリンジが前記注射ポジションに到達するまで前記中間部材(34)及びプランジャー(36)が一体となって移動する請求項1に記載の自動注射器。
- 前記中間駆動部材(34)が、前記第二圧縮駆動ばね(32)の後端を受容するための内部の円筒状空間を有し、それによって、前記第二圧縮駆動ばねを伸張させる前記駆動機構の次の解放は、少なくとも円筒状空間及び前記シリンジ本体の内部穴のいずれか一方によって少なくともその長さの大部分に亘り周設されている請求項1又は2に記載の自動注射器。
- 前記中間駆動部材(34)が、前記第二圧縮駆動ばねを外部拘束するための内部の円筒状の支持面を有する略円筒状の本体と、前記第一圧縮駆動ばねを内部拘束するための外部の円筒状の面とを具備する請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の自動注射器。
- 前記第一圧縮駆動ばね(30)が、前記第二圧縮駆動ばね(32)よりも強く且つ少なくとも前記シリンジがその注射部に到達するまで前記第二圧縮駆動ばね(32)が実質的に圧縮されたままであるように選択された請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の自動注射器。
- 実質的に完全に圧縮されたときに働くばねの力が、前記ピストン(20)と、前記シリンジ本体(14)との間の静摩擦を越えるために必要な力より小さく、前記シリンジが注射ポジションにあるときに前記第一圧縮駆動ばねの残留力によってひとたび静摩擦を越えた前記ピストン(20)の、移動継続に必要な力よりは大きいように前記第二圧縮駆動ばね(32)が選択された請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の自動注射器。
- 前記駆動機構が解放されると、前記中間部材(34)が、前記シリンジの後端近傍まで押し出され、又は、前記シリンジの後端に当接し、それによって実質的に完全に前記第二圧縮駆動ばねを密閉し外部拘束する請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の自動注射器。
- 仕掛けポジションからの前記中間部材の移動を防ぐために、解放可能に構成されたトリガー機構(38、48)を有する請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の自動注射器。
- 前記プランジャー(42)の当接面(46)と係合可能であり且つトリガーボタン(38)によって解放可能な前記トリガー機構が、ラッチ部材(48)を有する請求項8に記載の自動注射器。
- 前記第一圧縮駆動ばねの後方端が、前記トリガーボタンにおいて、解放ポジションから外側へ前記トリガーボタンを付勢するために駆動する請求項9に記載の自動注射器。
