Description
請求項2においては、請求項1記載の蓋体を備える密閉型電池である。
なお、図1では、リチウムイオン二次電池10を断面視にて模式的に表している。
なお、図2では、電流遮断装置50を断面視にて模式的に表している。また、図2では、後述する第一突起部93・93及び第二突起部94・94が塑性変形した状態を表している。
なお、図3では、電流遮断装置50に組み立てられる前の絶縁板90を断面視にて模式的に表している。
リチウムイオン二次電池10の製造工程では、リベット53の上端縁部53Aと大径縁部53Bとの間にZ端子71と、上ガスケット60と、下ガスケット80と、蓋体16と、絶縁板90とを、挟んで工具によって密着して固定している(かしめている)。
リチウムイオン二次電池10によれば、蓋体16と絶縁板90との密着、並びに、絶縁板90とリベット93との密着を良好にし、絶縁板90が蓋体16とリベット93との間に密着して固定されているかどうかの確認ができる。

Claims (3)
- 内部に電極体を収容する電池ケースの開口部に接合される蓋体であって、
前記蓋体は、前記蓋体に挿通され、前記蓋体に設けられる外部端子と前記電極体とを電気的に接続する導電部材と、前記蓋体と前記導電部材との間に介装され、前記蓋体と前記導電部材とを絶縁する絶縁板と、を備え、
前記蓋体は前記絶縁板と接触する領域において、リベットの内径側から外径側方向にかけて平面状であり、
前記絶縁板における前記蓋体との当接面及び前記導電部材との当接面には、該絶縁板の外周側縁部の位置に、前記導電部材により前記蓋体及び絶縁板がかしめられた際に前記蓋体及び導電部材に押圧されて変形する突起部が形成されている、
蓋体。 - 請求項1記載の蓋体を備える密閉型電池。
- 内部に電極体を収容する電池ケースの開口部に接合される蓋体と、外部端子に接続される端子と、前記蓋体と前記導電部材との間に介装され、前記蓋体と前記導電部材とを絶縁し、前記蓋体との当接面及び前記導電部材との当接面における外周側縁部の位置に変形する突起部が形成されている絶縁板とを、前記外部端子と前記電極体とを電気的に接続する導電部材で挟んで工具によって密着して固定する、かしめ工程と、
前記絶縁板が前記蓋体と前記導電部材との間に適切に密着して固定されているか前記突起部の変形により確認する確認工程と、
を有する密閉型電池の製造方法。
