ここで、検出ユニットとは、例えば投光器と受光器を有し、投光器から投光された検知線を受光器で受光し、その受光量に基づいて物体を検出するユニットをいう。

Claims (2)
- 物体を検出して、検出情報信号を出力する電池駆動の物体検出装置であって、
装着された電池により駆動される検出ユニットと、
前記検出ユニットの前記電池により駆動されて、前記検出ユニットからの、前記検出情報信号と前記電池の電圧低下を示すローバッテリー信号とのうち、少なくともローバッテリー信号を無線送信する送信機とを備え、
前記検出ユニットは、その内部に、前記電池の電圧が、第1基準値よりも低いローバッテリーであることを検出するロ−バッテリー検出回路を備え、
前記送信機は、その内部に、前記検出ユニットの電池から供給された電圧が、前記第1基準値よりも低い第2基準値よりも低下したローバッテリーか否かを判定するロ−バッテリー判定回路を備え、
さらに、
前記電池からの電圧を受けて、前記送信機へ供給電圧を出力する電源共用ユニットを備え、
前記電源共用ユニットは、前記ロ−バッテリー検出回路が前記第1基準値よりも低いローバッテリーであることを検出した場合に、前記電池からの前記供給電圧を、前記送信機の前記ロ−バッテリー判定回路に前記第2基準値よりも低いロ−バッテリーと判定させる電圧に変更して出力する電圧変更回路を備えている、電池駆動の物体検出装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記電圧変更回路では予め変更電圧が複数設けられており、前記電源共用ユニットは、前記電圧変更回路による変更電圧を、使用される送信機の種類に応じて切り替える切替スイッチを備えている、電池駆動の物体検出装置。
