Description
まず、図1〜図11を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態による液晶テレビジョン装置100の構成について説明する。なお、液晶テレビジョン装置100は、本発明の「表示装置」の一例である。
次に、図12〜図15を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態による拡散レンズ164の構成について説明する。この第2実施形態では、係合部64aの柱部64cおよびフック部64dが矩形状の断面を有するように形成された上記第1実施形態と異なり、係合部164aの柱部164cおよびフック部164dが円弧状の断面を有するように形成される例について説明する。なお、係合部164aは、本発明の「第1係合部」の一例である。

Claims (11)
- 表示部と、
前記表示部に光を照射する発光素子と、
前記発光素子が実装される基板と、
前記基板を支持する支持部材と、
前記基板上に配置され、前記発光素子からの光を拡散するレンズとを備え、
前記レンズは、前記レンズを前記基板または前記支持部材に取り付けるための第1係合部と、前記レンズの位置を決めるための第1位置決め部とを含み、
前記基板または前記支持部材は、前記レンズの前記第1係合部および前記第1位置決め部にそれぞれ対応する第2係合部および第2位置決め部を含み、
前記基板と前記レンズとの間に配置され、光を反射する反射シートをさらに備え、
前記レンズは、前記反射シートに対向する底面から前記反射シートに向かって突出するとともに、前記反射シートが前記基板側から前記レンズ側に浮き上がるのを抑制するための突出部をさらに含む、表示装置。 - 前記突出部の前記基板側の先端部と前記反射シートとの間には、隙間が設けられている、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記突出部は、前記発光素子近傍の周囲を取り囲むように周壁状に設けられている、請求項1または2に記載の表示装置。
- 前記反射シートは、前記第1係合部と前記第2係合部とが係合する部分、および、前記第1位置決め部と前記第2位置決め部とが当接する部分に対応する部分に、穴部を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1係合部および前記第1位置決め部は、互いに交差する方向に一対ずつ設けられている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第2係合部は、前記支持部材に一体的に設けられており、
前記第2位置決め部は、前記基板に一体的に設けられている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1係合部および前記第1位置決め部は、それぞれ、前記レンズから前記支持部材側および前記基板側に突出するように形成されており、
前記第2係合部および前記第2位置決め部は、それぞれ、前記第1係合部および前記第1位置決め部が嵌り込む第1係合穴および第2係合穴を含む、請求項6に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1係合部は、前記レンズから前記支持部材側に延びるにしたがって先細るフック形状を有する、請求項7に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1位置決め部の前記基板側の先端部には、段差部が設けられており、
前記基板は、前記発光素子が実装される実装面を含み、
前記第1位置決め部は、前記段差部と前記基板とが当接した状態で前記第2係合穴に嵌り込むことによって、前記レンズの前記実装面に沿った方向の位置決め部として機能するのみならず、前記実装面と交差する方向の位置決め部としても機能するように構成されている、請求項7または8に記載の表示装置。 - 前記基板は、所定の方向に沿って延びるように形成されており、
前記第1係合部は、前記レンズの前記基板の延びる方向と交差する方向の両側に一対設けられているとともに、前記支持部材の前記第2係合部に係合するように構成されており、
前記第1位置決め部は、前記レンズの前記基板の延びる方向の両側に一対設けられているとともに、前記基板の前記第2位置決め部に当接するように構成されている、請求項6〜9のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。 - 前記支持部材は、前記発光素子から前記基板を介して伝達される熱を放熱する放熱部材を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。
