Claims (7)
- フレームと、
前記フレームの内側に配置され、マグネットを保持する揺動部と、
前記揺動部とフレームとを接続する弾性部材とを備え、
前記揺動部は、前記弾性部材を変形させながら前記フレームに対して変位可能であり、
前記フレーム、揺動部、及び弾性部材は、互いに一体成形されており、
前記弾性部材は樹脂を用いて形成されており、
前記揺動部は、前記弾性部材を形成する樹脂の注入時にゲートとして用いられる溝部を有し、
前記溝部が前記揺動部と前記弾性部材との接合面に形成されていることにより、前記接合面は、前記揺動部の揺動方向に対して垂直な方向に起伏している、振動子。 - 前記溝部は、前記揺動部の揺動方向とは異なる方向が長手方向となるようにして形成されている、請求項1に記載の振動子。
- 前記溝部は、前記揺動部の揺動方向に垂直な方向が長手方向となるようにして形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の振動子。
- 前記溝部は、前記接合面のうち、前記揺動部の上面側の一部にのみ設けられている、請求項1に記載の振動子。
- 前記揺動部は、前記マグネットを保持するウエイト部を含み、
前記ウエイト部は、水平面に平行となる板形状を有し、
前記接合面は、前記ウエイト部に前記ウエイト部の周縁部から内側に凹むように形成された凹部に設けられている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の振動子。 - 前記弾性部材は、前記揺動部が前記フレームに対して変位するときにたわむ梁部を有し、
前記梁部は、前記揺動部の揺動方向に対して垂直な方向が長手方向となるように形成されており、
前記梁部の、前記梁部の長手方向に対して垂直な断面は長方形であり、
前記断面の短辺は、前記揺動部の揺動方向に対して平行である、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の振動子。 - 請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の振動子と、
前記振動子の前記揺動部に対面するように配置されたコイルとを有し、
前記コイルが励磁されるのに伴い前記揺動部が前記フレームに対して変位する、振動発生器。
