Claims (18)
- 所定の投薬量の薬剤を投与するための投薬機構であって、該投薬機構は、
投与される所定の投薬量の薬剤を設定するための投薬設定手段と、
薬剤容器から薬剤を排出するための排出手段と、
前記投薬設定手段および前記排出手段と動作可能に結合された結合手段であって、前記投薬設定手段の変位を、前記排出手段の第1の方向の変位に変換するように構成された結合手段と、を備え、
前記排出手段は、ラチェット手段を含み、
前記機構は第1および第2の抵抗歯止め手段を含み、該第1および第2の抵抗歯止め手段の両方は、前記ラチェット手段の共通の側に面して独立して動作可能であり、前記第1および前記第2の抵抗歯止め手段は、前記ラチェット手段と係合して、前記第1の方向と反対の第2の方向における前記排出手段の変位に抵抗するように構成された、投薬機構。 - 前記ラチェット手段の前記共通の側は、歯の第1および第2の組を備え、前記歯の第1の組は、前記第1の抵抗歯止め手段と係合するように構成され、前記歯の第2の組は、前記第2の抵抗歯止め手段と係合するように構成された、請求項1に記載の投薬機構。
- 前記投薬設定手段は、前記排出手段の長軸と実質的に平行な方向に直線変位可能である、請求項1または2に記載の投薬機構。
- 前記投薬設定手段は、前記排出手段の長軸と実質的に平行な軸の周りに回転変位可能である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の投薬機構。
- 前記第1および/または第2の抵抗歯止め手段は、前記機構の本体の一部を備えたまたは前記機構の本体の一部とともに形成された、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の投薬機構。
- 前記歯の第1の組および前記歯の第2の組の各々における歯のピッチは、実質的に等しい、請求項2に記載の投薬機構。
- 前記歯の第2の組における歯の係合面は、前記ラチェット手段の前記歯の第1の組における歯の係合面からオフセットして配置された、請求項2または6に記載の投薬機構。
- 前記歯の第1の組における歯の係合面は、前記歯の第2の組の歯の係合面から、隣接係合面間の距離の半分の距離だけオフセットされている、請求項7に記載の投薬機構。
- 前記排出手段は、長手部材を備えた、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の投薬機構。
- 前記第1および第2の抵抗歯止め手段は、前記ラチェット手段に対向した前記機構の本体上に形成された、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の投薬機構。
- 前記第1および前記第2の抵抗歯止め手段は、実質的に共通の面内に整列した、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の投薬機構。
- 前記第1の抵抗歯止め手段は、前記第2の抵抗歯止め手段に隣接して整列した、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の投薬機構。
- 前記結合手段は、前記排出手段を変位させるための前記ラチェット手段内で係合可能な一対の駆動歯止めを備えた駆動手段を備えた、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の投薬機構。
- 前記駆動歯止めは、互いに対して隣接して整列した、請求項13に記載の投薬機構。
- 前記結合手段は、前記駆動手段上のフォロアが収容されるとともに、前記投薬設定手段の動作が前記駆動手段を移動させるように構成されたガイドスロットを含んだ、請求項13または14に記載の投薬機構。
- 前記排出手段は、ラム手段を備えた、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の投薬機構。
- 請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の投薬機構を備えた、医療器具。
- 薬剤容器をさらに備えた、請求項17に記載の医療器具。
