Description
アウターバンド11とインナーバンド12との間に単一の静翼13を有している比較的簡素な形状を有しているので、形状精度を維持しつつ、一回の射出成型で製作することができる。
Claims (6)
- それぞれ金属粉末とバインダとを混練して射出成型された少なくとも二つの金属粉末射出成型体を互いに当接させ、
前記少なくとも二つの金属粉末射出成型体が当接されている接合部に、窒素又は塩素を含む塗布剤を塗布し、
前記接合部に前記塗布剤が塗布された前記少なくとも二つの金属粉末射出成型体を脱脂又は焼結することで、前記少なくとも二つの金属粉末射出成型体を前記接合部で固定的に接合させて金属製品を製作する、金属粉末射出成型体の接合方法であって、
前記塗布剤を前記接合部の周側面のみに塗布し、かつ、前記接合部における隙間が0.1mm以下に保持された状態で前記少なくとも二つの金属粉末射出成型体を脱脂又は焼結する、ことを特徴とする金属粉末射出成型体の接合方法。 - 前記バインダが、所定温度域で揮発するワックスと、前記所定温度域よりも高い温度域で飛散する樹脂と、を含み、
前記塗布剤の少なくとも一部が、前記少なくとも二つの金属粉末射出成型体の脱脂時又は焼結時に、前記ワックスよりも遅く揮発し、前記樹脂よりも早く飛散する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属粉末射出成型体の接合方法。 - 前記金属製品が、複数の翼と、前記複数の翼を支持するバンド部とを備えた翼セクタであり、
前記少なくとも二つの金属粉末射出成型体のそれぞれが、単一の翼を有する前記翼セクタの分割体である、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の金属粉末射出成型体の接合方法。 - 前記バンド部の前記翼が立設された面の裏面上に、前記翼の翼弦線と交差する方向に延在するリブが形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の金属粉末射出成型体の接合方法。
- 前記分割体における前記バンド部の延在方向と前記リブの延在方向との角度をθとすると、角度θは、0°より大きく、かつ、前記翼のスタガー角以下である、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の金属粉末射出成型体の接合方法。
- 前記分割体における前記バンド部の延在方向と前記リブの延在方向との角度をθとすると、0°<θ≦12°である、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の金属粉末射出成型体の接合方法。
