Description
上記した以外の課題、構成及び効果は、以下の実施形態の説明により明らかにされる。
式1の計算は、単電池111を充放電しているか否かに関わらず組電池制御部150に実行させることができる。組電池110を構成する単電池111それぞれのOCVを用いるなどして単電池111毎にSOCを計算する。
単電池許容放電電流=(OCV−Vmin)/内部抵抗値・・・(式3)
図示していないが、単電池許容充電電流152及び単電池許容放電電流153を、単電池111の温度が最も高いときと温度が最も低いときのそれぞれについて求め、いずれか小さいほうを最終的に採用する。
組電池放電電圧=直列数×(平均OCV+許容放電電流×平均内部抵抗値) ・・・(式4)
許容放電電力=許容放電電流×組電池放電電圧・・・(式5)
組電池制御部150が前述した許容充電電力までの一連の計算を実行し、車両制御部200に計算結果を送信し、車両制御部200が受信した許容放電電力の範囲内で組電池110を充電するようインバータ400等に指令を発信する。このようにすることで、組電池110を構成する単電池111が何れもVminより低下しない範囲で、組電池110を放電することができる。
Claims (5)
- 電池の充電または放電が可能な許容入出力電流または許容入出力電力である許容入出力値を演算する許容入出力演算部を有し、
前記電池の無通電状態から充電または放電が開始され、
もしくはすでに充電されている状態から放電が開始され、
もしくはすでに放電されている状態から充電が開始され、
当該開始された充電または放電が所定期間の経過後にも継続している場合、
前記電池に流れる電流の電流極性が充電のときは前記許容入出力演算部で求めた許容入力値を、当該電流極性が放電のときは当該許容入出力演算部で求めた許容出力値を、前記充電または放電が継続した時間に基づいて減少させ、
前記許容入力値又は前記許容出力値が前記充電または放電が継続した時間に基づいて減少しているときに前記電池に流れる電流がゼロになった場合、
前記許容入力値又は前記許容出力値は前記減少から増加に変化する電池制御装置。 - 電池の充電または放電が可能な許容入出力電流または許容入出力電力である許容入出力値を演算する許容入出力演算部を有し、
前記電池の無通電状態から充電または放電が開始され、
もしくはすでに充電されている状態から放電が開始され、
もしくはすでに放電されている状態から充電が開始され、
当該開始された充電または放電が所定期間の経過後にも継続している場合、
前記電池に流れる電流の電流極性が充電のときは前記許容入出力演算部で求めた許容入力値を、当該電流極性が放電のときは当該許容入出力演算部で求めた許容出力値を、前記充電または放電が継続した時間に基づいて減少させ、
前記許容入力値又は前記許容出力値が前記充電または放電が継続した時間に基づいて減少しているときに当該許容入力値又は当該許容出力値が所定値まで減少した場合、
当該所定値の減少の傾きを変更する電池制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載された電池制御装置であって、
前記所定値は、前記電池の温度とSOCと内部抵抗のいずれか又は複数に基づいて設定される電池制御装置。 - 電池の充電または放電が可能な許容入出力電流または許容入出力電力である許容入出力値を演算する許容入出力演算部を有し、
前記電池の無通電状態から充電または放電が開始され、
もしくはすでに充電されている状態から放電が開始され、
もしくはすでに放電されている状態から充電が開始され、
当該開始された充電または放電が所定期間の経過後にも継続している場合、
前記電池に流れる電流の電流極性が充電のときは前記許容入出力演算部で求めた許容入力値を、当該電流極性が放電のときは当該許容入出力演算部で求めた許容出力値を、前記充電または放電が継続した時間に基づいて減少させ、
前記所定期間の間における前記電池に流れる電流値に基づいて、前記許容入力値又は前記許容出力値の前記減少の速度を変化させる電池制御装置。 - 電池の充電または放電が可能な許容入出力電流または許容入出力電力である許容入出力値を演算する許容入出力演算部を有し、
前記電池の無通電状態から充電または放電が開始され、
もしくはすでに充電されている状態から放電が開始され、
もしくはすでに放電されている状態から充電が開始され、
当該開始された充電または放電が所定期間の経過後にも継続している場合、
前記電池に流れる電流の電流極性が充電のときは前記許容入出力演算部で求めた許容入力値を、当該電流極性が放電のときは当該許容入出力演算部で求めた許容出力値を、前記充電または放電が継続した時間に基づいて減少させ、
前記許容入力値又は前記許容出力値が前記充電または放電が継続した時間に基づいて減少しているときに、
前記電池の放電されている状態から充電に切り替わった場合、前記許容出力値は前記減少から増加に変化し、
または前記電池の充電されている状態から放電に切り替わった場合、前記許容入力値は前記減少から増加に変化する電池制御装置。
