Description
Claims (18)
- (a)アクリル系ゴム−芳香族ビニル化合物−ビニルシアン化合物グラフト共重合体7〜50重量%と、
(b)シリコン−アクリレート系共重合体7〜40重量%と、
(c)(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステル化合物−芳香族ビニル化合物−ビニルシアン化合物共重合体5〜20重量%と、
(d)ASTM D648に準拠した熱変形温度が91℃超であり、流動指数(230℃、3.8kg)が1〜5g/10分である高耐熱(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステル重合体(d−1)と、ASTM D648に準拠した熱変形温度が91℃以下であり、流動指数が5g/10分超である高流動(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステル重合体(d−2)との計40〜70重量%と、
(e)(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステル化合物−芳香族ビニル化合物−酸無水化物共重合体0〜5重量%と
を含むことを特徴とする、熱可塑性樹脂組成物。 - 前記(a)グラフト共重合体は、アクリル系ゴムの平均粒径が500〜2000Åであるアクリル系ゴム−芳香族ビニル化合物−ビニルシアン化合物グラフト共重合体(a−1)、及びアクリル系ゴムの平均粒径が2500〜6000Åであるアクリル系ゴム−芳香族ビニル化合物−ビニルシアン化合物グラフト共重合体(a−2)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記(a−1)グラフト共重合体は、アクリル系ゴム5〜70重量%、芳香族ビニル化合物10〜70重量%及びビニルシアン化合物1〜25重量%を含んで重合された共重合体であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記(a−2)グラフト共重合体は、アクリル系ゴム10〜70重量%、芳香族ビニル化合物10〜60重量%及びビニルシアン化化合物1〜30重量%を含んで重合された共重合体であることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記(a−1)グラフト共重合体と前記(a−2)グラフト共重合体との重量比は1:9〜9:1であることを特徴とする、請求項2乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記(b)シリコン−アクリレート系共重合体は、コアを形成する、シリコンゴム、シリコン−アクリレート系ゴム及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択された1種以上と、シェルを形成する、(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステル化合物がグラフト共重合された共重合体、或いは、コアを形成する、シリコンゴム及びシリコン−アクリレート系ゴムの混合物又はシリコン−アクリレート系ゴムと、シェルを形成する、芳香族ビニル化合物及びビニルシアン化合物からなる群から選択される1種以上とがグラフト共重合された共重合体であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記(c)共重合体は、(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステル化合物40〜80重量%、芳香族ビニル化合物10〜40重量%及びビニルシアン化合物1〜20重量%を含んで重合された共重合体であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記(d)重合体は、アクリル酸アルキルエステルまたはメタクリル酸アルキルエステルを重合した重合体であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記(d−1)重合体及び(d−2)重合体は、重量比が1:9〜9:1であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記(c)共重合体及び(d)重合体は、重量比が5〜30:70〜95であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記(e)共重合体は、(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステル化合物15〜30重量%、芳香族ビニル化合物60〜80重量%及び酸無水化物1〜15重量%を含んで重合された共重合体であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、(f)シロキサン−ポリエステル共重合体を熱可塑性樹脂組成物100重量部を基準として0.1〜5重量部含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、抗菌剤、熱安定剤、酸化防止剤、離型剤、光安定剤、無機物添加剤、界面活性剤、カップリング剤、可塑剤、相溶化剤、滑剤、静電気防止剤、着色剤、顔料、染料、難燃剤、難燃補助剤、滴下防止剤、耐候剤、紫外線吸収剤及び紫外線遮断剤からなる群から選択された1種以上をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、エリクセン試験(Erichsen test)に準拠した耐スクラッチ性のΔL(CIE1976 L*a*b表色系による明度)値が2以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、ASTM D648に準拠した熱変形温度が82℃以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、ASTM D1238に準拠した流動指数(220℃、10kg)が6以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至15のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- (a)アクリル系ゴム−芳香族ビニル化合物−ビニルシアン化合物グラフト共重合体7〜50重量%と、(b)シリコン−アクリレート系共重合体7〜40重量%と、(c)(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステル化合物−芳香族ビニル化合物−ビニルシアン化合物共重合体5〜20重量%と、(d)ASTM D648に準拠した熱変形温度が91℃超であり、流動指数(230℃、3.8kg)が1〜5g/10分である高耐熱(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステル重合体(d−1)と、ASTM D648に準拠した熱変形温度が91℃以下であり、流動指数が5g/10分超である高流動(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステル重合体(d−2)との計40〜70重量%と、(e)(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステル化合物−芳香族ビニル化合物−酸無水化物共重合体0〜5重量%とを溶融混練した後、押出させるステップを含むことを特徴とする、熱可塑性樹脂組成物の製造方法。
- 請求項1乃至16のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物で製造されることを特徴とする、成形品。
