さらに、前記アクセル開度取得装置を介して前記アクセル開度を監視し、そのアクセル開度がオフになると前記EGRシステムのEGR通路に配置されるEGRバルブを開弁する制御を行う構成にすることを特徴とする内燃機関。 - 前記制御装置は、前記車両が走行する予定の道路が予め設定された勾配の降坂路である場合に、前記道路状況が前記アクセルオフ状況になると予測する請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記制御装置は、前記車両と先行車両との相対関係が予め設定された近接する関係である場合に、前記道路状況が前記アクセルオフ状況になると予測する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記制御装置が、前記道路状況が前記アクセルオフ状況になる前に、前記再生制御が停止されてから、実際に前記アクセル開度がオフを経由してオンになったときに、前記再生制御を再開する制御を行う請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関。
- 排気通路に配置される排気ガス浄化システムが排気ガスを浄化すると共に、前記排気通路の中途の位置から分岐して吸気通路の中途の位置に合流するEGRシステムが排気ガスを再度、気筒へ還流するエンジンの制御方法において、
前記排気ガス浄化システムの浄化状況を取得するステップと、
その浄化状況が低下状況になったか否かを判定するステップと、
その浄化状況が低下したと判定した場合に、駆動に寄与しない未燃の燃料を前記排気ガス浄化システムに供給して、その排気ガス浄化システムを再生するステップと、を含む再生制御と、
車両が走行する予定の道路状況を取得するステップと、
その道路状況がアクセルペダルのアクセル開度がゼロになるアクセルオフ状況になるか否かを予め予測するステップと、
前記道路状況が前記アクセルオフ状況になると予測した場合、アクセル開度がゼロよりも大きいときに、未然の燃料の供給を停止して前記排気ガス浄化システムを再生するステップを停止するステップと、を含む再生停止制御と、
前記アクセル開度を取得するステップと、
前記アクセル開度がゼロになったか否かを判定するステップと、
前記アクセル開度がゼロになったと判定した場合に、前記EGRシステムのEGR通路に配置されたEGRバルブを開弁するステップと、を含む保温制御と、を含むことを特徴とする内燃機関の制御方法。
