Description
a)近位端部分と、遠位端部分と、可撓性の中空オーガーを含む中間部分と、を有する搬送要素、及び
b)搬送要素を回転させるように適合され、かつ遠位端部分を有する駆動要素、を含み、
駆動要素の遠位端部分が搬送要素の近位端部分に接続されている、生体医学物質搬送装置が提供される。
a)近位端部分5と、遠位端部分6と、可撓性の中空オーガー7を含む中間部分7と、を有する搬送要素3、及び
b)搬送要素を回転させるように適合され、かつ遠位端部分11を有する駆動要素9、を含み、
駆動要素の遠位端部分が搬送要素の近位端部分に接続されている、生体医学物質搬送装置1が提供される。
a)近位端部分と、遠位端部分と、ねじ山形状を有する撓性膜及び該膜の内部に長手方向に収容されている可撓性中央シャフトからなる中間部分と、を有する、搬送要素、並びに
b)搬送要素を回転させるように適合され、かつ遠位端部分を有する駆動要素、を含み、
駆動要素の遠位端部分が搬送要素の近位端部分に接続されている、物質搬送装置が提供される。
a)近位端部分と、遠位端部分と、可撓性螺旋状構造体及び該螺旋状構造体の内部に収容されている可撓性中央シャフトからなる中間部分と、を有する、搬送要素、並びに
b)搬送要素を回転させるように適合され、かつ遠位端部分を有する駆動要素、を含み、
駆動要素の遠位端部分が搬送要素の近位端部分に接続されている、物質搬送装置が提供される。
a)カニューレ状のトルク伝達シャフト63内の円筒状管腔61(この管腔は可撓性ガイドワイヤを設置するために使用することができる)、
b)オーガー膜壁65とトルク伝達シャフトとの間の第1の螺旋管腔64(この管腔は灌注のために使用することができる)、及び
c)オーガー膜と外側カニューレ69との間の第2の螺旋管腔67(この管腔は物質搬送のために使用することができる)、の3つの作業管腔が存在してもよい。
a)熱収縮材料を含む管の中につる巻きバネを通す工程と、
b)つる巻きバネの上に管を収縮させてオーガーを形成するために管を加熱する工程と、
c)オーガーを椎間板に挿入する工程と、
d)オーガーを回転させて椎間板物質を除去する工程と、を含む、方法が提供される。
a)管に物理的力を加えて該管を拡管させる工程と、
b)拡管した管の中につる巻きバネを通す工程と、
c)つる巻きバネの上に管を収縮させてオーガーを形成するために、管に加えられている物理的力を解放する工程と、
d)オーガーを椎間板に挿入する工程と、
e)オーガーを回転させて椎間板物質を除去する工程と、を含む、方法が提供される。
a)つる巻きバネに物理的力を加えて該バネを半径方向に圧縮する工程と、
b)圧縮したつる巻きバネを、内径を有する管の中に通す工程と、
c)圧縮したバネを加熱して、管の内径と接触してオーガーを形成するようにつる巻きバネを半径方向に拡開させる工程と、
d)オーガーを椎間板に挿入する工程と、
e)オーガーを回転させて椎間板物質を除去する工程と、を含む、方法が提供される。
a)穴を有しかつポリマー材料を含む管の中につる巻きバネを通す工程と、
b)つる巻きバネの上に管を収縮させてオーガーを形成するために、管の加熱と管の穴に真空の適用を同時に行う工程と、
c)オーガーを椎間板に挿入する工程と、
d)オーガーを回転させて椎間板物質を除去する工程と、を含む、方法が提供される。
(1) a)近位端部分と、遠位端部分と、可撓性の中空オーガーを含む中間部分と、を有する搬送要素、及び
b)前記搬送要素を回転させるように適合され、かつ遠位端部分を有する駆動要素、を含み、
前記駆動要素の前記遠位端部分が前記搬送要素の前記近位端部分に接続されている、生体医学物質搬送装置。
(2) 前記中空オーガーが、管と、前記管の内部に収容されている実質的に螺旋状の要素と、を含む、実施態様1に記載の装置。
(3) 前記管が、内側表面を有し、前記実質的に螺旋状の要素が、前記内側表面から内方に延出している、実施態様2に記載の装置。
(4) 前記搬送要素が、実質的に螺旋状の要素と、前記実質的に螺旋状の要素の周囲に巻装されている膜と、を含む、実施態様3に記載の装置。
(5) 前記膜が熱収縮した膜である、実施態様4に記載の装置。
(7) 前記管がねじ山状のトポロジーを有する、実施態様2に記載の装置。
(8) 前記搬送要素の前記近位端部分が、ねじ山付き表面を有する管を含む、実施態様1に記載の装置。
(9) 前記搬送要素の前記近位端部分が、ねじ山付き外側表面を有する管を含む、実施態様1に記載の装置。
(10) 前記搬送要素の前記管が、前記管の内部に収容されている前記実質的に螺旋状の要素と一体になっている、実施態様2に記載の装置。
(12) 前記搬送要素の前記管が、前記管の内部に収容されている前記実質的に螺旋状の要素と共に回転する、実施態様1に記載の装置。
(13) 前記管の内部に収容されている前記実質的に螺旋状の要素が、前記搬送要素の前記管とは独立に回転する、実施態様1に記載の装置。
(14) 前記管の内部に収容されている前記実質的に螺旋状の要素が厚さを有し、前記管が外径を有し、前記厚さが前記外径の3%〜30%である、実施態様1に記載の装置。
(15) 前記搬送要素の前記中間部分が可撓性である、実施態様1に記載の装置。
(17) 前記搬送要素が30mm以下の外径を有する、実施態様1に記載の装置。
(18) 前記搬送要素の前記遠位端が切断先端部を含む、実施態様1に記載の装置。
(19) 前記切断先端部が、前記実質的に螺旋状の要素と嵌合するように適合された近位端部分を有する、実施態様18に記載の装置。
(20) 前記搬送要素の前記遠位端が遠位端開口部を含む、実施態様1に記載の装置。
(22) 前記駆動要素がモータを含む、実施態様1に記載の装置。
(23) 前記装置が、
c)前記搬送要素と前記駆動要素とを接続する管状シャフト、を更に含む、実施態様1に記載の装置。
(24) 前記管状シャフトが透明である、実施態様23に記載の装置。
(25) c)前記中空オーガーの内部に配設された可撓性インナーシャフト、を更に含む、実施態様1に記載の装置。
(27) 前記可撓性インナーシャフトが密に巻回されたバネを含む、実施態様26に記載の装置。
(28) c)外側カニューレを更に含み、前記中空オーガーが前記外側カニューレの内部に配置されている、実施態様1に記載の装置。
(29) 前記中空オーガーが、実質的に螺旋状の要素と、収縮して前記実質的に螺旋状の要素の周囲に巻装されている膜と、を含む、実施態様28に記載の装置。
(30) d)前記中空オーガーの内部に配設された可撓性インナーシャフト、を更に含む、実施態様29に記載の装置。
(32) 前記可撓性インナーシャフトが密に巻回されたバネを含む、実施態様31に記載の装置。
(33) 前記外側カニューレが壁と内穴とを含み、前記壁が少なくとも1つの管腔をその中に有する、実施態様28に記載の装置。
(34) d)前記管腔内で長手方向に延びるワイヤ、を更に含む、実施態様29に記載の装置。
(35) 前記外側カニューレが壁と内穴とを含み、前記壁が、長手方向に延びる少なくとも1つの固定ワイヤをその中に有する、実施態様28に記載の装置。
(37) 前記搬送要素の前記近位端部分が前記中空オーガーよりも剛性である、実施態様1に記載の装置。
(38) 前記搬送要素の前記近位端部分が、前記可撓性オーガーと前記可撓性インナーシャフトとの間のスペースに灌注を提供するように適合された入口を含む、実施態様25に記載の装置。
(39) 前記中空オーガーが、可変曲げ剛性を有する長さを有する、実施態様1に記載の装置。
(40) 前記管の内部に収容されている前記実質的に螺旋状の要素が、可変勾配を有する、実施態様2に記載の装置。
Claims (24)
- a)近位端部分と、遠位端部分と、可撓性の中空オーガーを含む中間部分と、を有する搬送要素であって、前記中空オーガーが、膜と、前記膜の内部に収容されている実質的に螺旋状の要素と、を含む、搬送要素、及び
b)前記搬送要素を回転させるように適合され、かつ遠位端部分を有する駆動要素、を含み、
前記駆動要素の前記遠位端部分が前記搬送要素の前記近位端部分に接続されており、
前記膜が、前記実質的に螺旋状の要素の周囲に巻装され、谷部及び頂部を形成して、ねじ山状のトポロジーを有する、生体医学物質搬送装置。 - 前記膜が、内側表面を有し、前記実質的に螺旋状の要素が、前記内側表面から内方に延出している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記膜が熱収縮した膜である、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記実質的に螺旋状の要素が第1の直径D1を有し、前記膜が最小直径D2を有し、前記第1の直径D1が前記最小直径D2よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記搬送要素の前記近位端部分が、ねじ山付き表面を有する管を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記搬送要素の前記近位端部分が、ねじ山付き外側表面を有する管を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記搬送要素の前記管が、前記膜の内部に収容されている前記実質的に螺旋状の要素と一体になっている、請求項5または6に記載の装置。
- 前記搬送要素の前記管が、前記膜の内部に収容されている前記実質的に螺旋状の要素と一体になっていない、請求項5または6に記載の装置。
- 前記搬送要素の前記管が、前記膜の内部に収容されている前記実質的に螺旋状の要素と共に回転する、請求項5または6に記載の装置。
- 前記膜の内部に収容されている前記実質的に螺旋状の要素が、前記搬送要素の前記管とは独立に回転する、請求項5または6に記載の装置。
- 前記膜の内部に収容されている前記実質的に螺旋状の要素が厚さを有し、前記膜が外径を有し、前記厚さが前記外径の3%〜30%である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記搬送要素の前記中間部分が可撓性である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- c)外側カニューレであって、前記中空オーガーが前記外側カニューレ内に配置された、外側カニューレと、
d)前記中空オーガー内に配置された可撓性インナーシャフトと、
e)前記中空オーガーと前記可撓性インナーシャフトとの間に形成された第1の螺旋管腔であって、前記第1の螺旋管腔を通して材料を搬送するように構成された、第1の螺旋管腔と、
f)前記外側カニューレと前記中空オーガーとの間に形成された第2の螺旋管腔であって、前記第2の螺旋管腔を通して材料を搬送するように構成された、第2の螺旋管腔と、
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。 - c)前記搬送要素と前記駆動要素とを接続する管状シャフト、を更に含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- c)前記中空オーガーの内部に配置された可撓性インナーシャフト、を更に含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- c)外側カニューレであって、前記中空オーガーが前記外側カニューレの内部に配置された、外側カニューレ、を更に含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記外側カニューレが壁と内穴とを含み、前記壁が少なくとも1つの管腔をその中に有する、請求項16に記載の装置。
- d)前記管腔内で長手方向に延びるワイヤ、を更に含む、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記搬送要素の前記近位端部分が、前記第1の螺旋管腔および前記第2の螺旋管腔の一方を通して灌注を提供するように適合された入口を含む、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 近位端部分と、遠位端部分と、可撓性の中空オーガーを含む中間部分と、を有する搬送要素であって、前記中空オーガーが、実質的に螺旋状の要素と、前記実質的に螺旋状の要素の周囲に巻装されている膜とを含む、搬送要素と
外側スリーブであって、前記外側スリーブの中に前記中空オーガーが配置されている、外側スリーブと、
前記外側スリーブに対して前記中空オーガーを軸まわりに回転させ、前記中空オーガーと前記外側スリーブとの間のスペースを通して物質を搬送するように適合された、駆動要素であって、前記駆動要素は、遠位端部分を有し、
前記駆動要素の前記遠位端部分は、前記搬送要素の前記近位端部分に接続されている、駆動要素と、
前記搬送要素の前記近位端部分に配置されており、前記中空オーガーと前記外側スリーブとの間の前記スペースと流体連通し、前記スペースに流体移動をもたらすように適合された、流体入口と、を含む、物質搬送装置。 - 前記搬送要素の前記遠位端部分は、切断先端部を含み、
前記切断先端部は、前記実質的に螺旋状の要素に嵌合するように適合された近位端部分を有する、請求項20に記載の装置。 - 前記駆動要素は、モータを含む、請求項20に記載の装置。
- 前記搬送要素と前記駆動要素とを接続する管状シャフトを更に含む、請求項20に記載の装置。
- 前記中空オーガーは、前記中空オーガーに取り付けられたステアリング機構を有する、請求項20に記載の装置。
