Claims (4)
- 前面、後面、第1側面および第2側面の底部に底部フランジが形成された直方体のバッテリを車両に搭載し、保持するためのバッテリキャリアであって、
前記バッテリが載置される長方形の載置面を有するキャリアベースであって、当該キャリアベースは、前記載置面の後縁部および第1側縁部に保持部を有し、当該保持部は、前記載置面に対向して前記載置面との間に前記後面および前記第1側面の前記底部フランジを保持する保持面を有する、キャリアベースと、
前記キャリアベースの前記載置面の前縁と第2側縁の角に配置され、前記バッテリの前記前面より後方かつ前記第2側面の側方にて前記キャリアベースに固定されるバッテリクランプであって、前記バッテリの前記前面の前方に位置し、前記前面の前記底部フランジを係止する前方係止片と、前記バッテリの前記第2側面の側方に位置し、前記第2側面の前記底部フランジを係止する側方係止片とを有するバッテリクランプと、
を有し、
前記前方係止片は、前記バッテリの前記前面に対向する板状の前方対向部と、前記前方対向部の下縁から前記前面の前記底部フランジの上面に沿って延び、当該底部フランジの上面に当接する板状の前方押さえ部とを有する、
バッテリキャリア。 - 請求項1に記載のバッテリキャリアであって、
前記側方係止片は、前記バッテリの前記第2側面に対向する板状の側方対向部と、前記側方対向部の下縁から前記第2側面の前記底部フランジの上面に沿って延び、当該底部フランジの上面に当接する板状の側方押さえ部とを有する、
前記前方対向部と前記側方対向部が接続してL字形に配置されている、
バッテリキャリア。 - 請求項2に記載のバッテリキャリアであって、前記前方押さえ部と前記側方押さえ部とが離れている、バッテリキャリア。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリキャリアであって、
前記前方対向部は、通常時において前記バッテリの前記前面から離れており、後方衝突時に前記バッテリの後傾に伴って後傾し、前記バッテリの前記前面に当接する、
