Abstract
Description
(式(I)中、Rは水素原子又は置換基(当該置換基は、ハロゲン原子であってよく、フッ素原子であってよい。)であり、Xは置換基(当該置換基は、ハロゲン原子であってよく、塩素原子又はフッ素原子であってよい。)であり、nは、0〜4であり、0〜2が好ましい。複数あるRは、互いに異なっていても同じであってもよい。)
次に、第3の工程として、例えばエアー、水等を電極5全体へ噴射させて余分な溶液を除去する。
これにより、パリレン(登録商標)で被覆された被覆部3のみが染色され、それ以外の先端露出部2及び根元露出部6は染色されない状況となる。結果、染色したくない部分へマスク処理を施す必要がなく効率的に染色することができる。

- 被膜付き物品であって、
前記被膜は、前記物品の表面上の少なくとも一部に形成され、且つパラキシリレン系ポリマー及び染料を含有し、
前記染料が、アンスラキノン系染料及びアゾ系染料の少なくとも一方を含み、
前記物品が、歯科治療用の電極又は歯科治療用の切削工具である、被膜付き物品。 - 前記被膜が、前記物品の表面上の一部にのみ形成されている、請求項1に記載の被膜付き物品。
- 前記歯科治療用の電極又は歯科治療用の切削工具は、歯牙を高周波治療する際に、歯牙の根管に挿入して高周波電流を流すためのものである、請求項1又は2に記載の被膜付き物品。
