The driving force of the motor 60 is decelerated and the drive transmission unit 43 rotates around the axle 41a. Therefore, when the motor 60 is driven, the wheels 40a are rotationally driven, and the skeleton member 11 can be driven on the rail 20.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, the fixing member 51 includes a handle portion 51a, a rotating shaft 51b, a pair of sandwiching members 51c 1 , 51c 2, and a shaft 51d on the internal space side of the skeleton member 11. , A pair of support shaft portions 51e, and a pair of support shaft portions 51e. Since the fixing member 50 is the same as the fixing member 51, the description thereof will be omitted.

A rotation shaft 51b is connected to the center of the handle portion 51a so as to be rotatable in the same direction as the rotation direction of the handle portion 51a.

A male screw portion 51b 1 and a reverse male screw portion 51b 2 are formed on the rotating shaft 51b. Each of the pair of sandwiching members 51c 1 and 51c 2 is provided with a female threaded portion 51c 11 and a reverse female threaded portion 51c 21 with female threads internally, and these female threaded portions 51c 11 and reverse female threads are provided. The male screw portion 51b 1 and the reverse male screw portion 51b 2 are screwed into the portion 51c 21. Further, in the male screw portion 51b 1 , when the handle portion 51a is rotated clockwise, the sandwiching member 51c 1 is moved in the direction toward the rail 20, and when the handle portion 51a is rotated counterclockwise, the sandwiching member 51c is moved. A male thread is cut so as to move 1 away from the rail 20. Further, in the inverted male screw portion 51b 2 , when the handle portion 51a is rotated clockwise, the sandwiching member 51c 2 is moved in the direction toward the rail 20, and when the handle portion 51a is rotated counterclockwise, the sandwiching member 51c 2 is moved. A male thread is cut so as to move the 51c 2 away from the rail 20.

Further, the pair of support shaft portions 51e provided below each of the pair of wheel mounting frames 11e support the shaft 51d substantially horizontally. Shaft 51d is between the pair of support shaft portion 51e, which is inserted into the through hole 51c 12, 51c 22 provided on each of the pair of gripping members 51c 1, 51c 2 upper, gripping members 51c 1, 51c 2 is , The slide can be moved along the axis 51d. With these configurations, when the handle portion 51a is rotated clockwise, the pair of sandwiching members 51c 1 and 51c 2 gradually move toward the rail 20 side, sandwich the rail 20, and fix the skeleton member 11 to the rail 20. You can do it. Further, when the handle portion 51a is rotated counterclockwise, the pair of sandwiching members 51c 1 and 51c 2 move away from the rail 20 side to release the sandwiching of the rail 20, and the skeleton member 11 is moved to the rail 20. It is possible to be released from.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the rail 20 is fixed to the bottom of the groove 70 formed on the ground, and the liquid 71 is stored in the groove 70 up to an intermediate height. For this liquid, for example, rainwater or tap water is used.

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, in the lower part of the pair of wheel mounting frames 11e, a substantially rectangular rod-shaped member 14 bent inward from the middle and a skirt portion which is a long plate-shaped member A plurality of support members 15 are provided respectively. The skirt portion support member 15 is suspended from the tip portions of the plurality of rod-shaped members 14. The skirt portion 13 is tightened and fixed to the skirt portion support member 15 by bolts 16 and nuts 17, and the hem portion of the tent member 10 is also tightened and fixed. Here, the skirt portion 13 is a rubber plate, and is configured so that the tip portion (hem portion) has a length so as to be immersed in the liquid 71 in the groove 70, and the inflow of outside air from the lower portion of the skirt portion 13 flows. It is suppressing. Further, when the rail 20 is laid directly on the ground, the lower portion of the skirt portion 13 may be brought into contact with the ground to suppress the inflow of outside air. Further, when the rail 20 is not provided, the lower portion of the skirt portion 13 may come into contact with the ground with which the wheels (tires) are in contact.

As shown in FIG. 3, the exhaust unit 30 is provided with an exhaust fan 31 provided inside, a filter 32 provided on the upstream side of the exhaust fan 31, and a filter 32 provided on the downstream side of the exhaust fan 31. A tubular member 33 for discharging the air sucked by the exhaust fan 31 to the outside is provided. As shown in FIG. 3A, only the filter 32 portion can take in air on the surface side of the exhaust portion 30 where the filter 32 is provided (the skeleton member 11 side of the exhaust portion 30). The portion other than the filter 32 is blocked by the wall surface 34. Therefore, since the exhaust fan 31 is isolated from the inside of the tent to be painted, it does not have to be explosion-proof. Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the skeleton of the exhaust portion 30 is formed by assembling a horizontal frame 35 made of a plurality of round pipe steels and a vertical frame 36 made of a plurality of round pipe steels, and is formed on a wall surface. The outside of the skeleton including 34 is covered with the tent member 83.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 7, the skeleton member 11 is moved to the exhaust portion 30 at the end of the exhaust portion 30 on the tent member 10 side, and the skeleton member 11 is on the exhaust portion 30 side. A covering portion (coupling) 80 formed so as to cover between the exhaust portion 30 and the tent member 10 is provided when the surface of the tent member is closed.

The covering portion 80 includes a vertical frame 81 made of a plurality of round pipe steels, a horizontal frame 82 made of a plurality of round pipe steels, a tent member 83, a mounting member 84 such as angle steel, a bolt 85, and a rubber plate 86. And have. The covering portion 80 forms a skeleton by assembling the vertical frame 81 and the horizontal frame 82.

The tent member 83 is made of the same material as the tent member 10, and covers the surface of the skeleton formed by assembling the vertical frame 81 and the horizontal frame 82. One end of the horizontal frame 82 is fixed to the vertical frame 36 of the exhaust unit 30.

The mounting member 84 is provided with a plurality of female screw portions (not shown) to which the bolt 85 can be fastened. Further, after inserting the bolt 85 into a through hole (not shown) provided at the end of the plate-shaped rubber plate 86, the bolt 85 is fastened to the female screw portion of the mounting member 84, as shown in FIG. As described above, the rubber plate 86 can be attached to the attachment member 84. By covering the gap with the rubber plate 86 in this way, it is possible to suppress the outside air from entering the internal space.

According to the moving open / close type tent 100 for painting of the present embodiment, the filter 32 for intake air is centrally arranged on the wall surface 34 of the exhaust unit 30 by moving the skeleton member 11 coated with the tent member 10 to the exhaust unit 30. Because it is, painting work can be done under stable wind speed without turbulence of the air flow in the internal space. On the other hand, when the painting work is completed and the skeleton member 11 coated with the tent member 10 is moved away from the exhaust portion 30, the work of loading and unloading the object to be painted becomes easy, and the object to be painted is particularly heavy. In that case, it is possible to use a carrier such as a crane or a forklift for carrying in and out. In addition, the internal space of the tent member 10 can be moved to a work place such as welding that has been performed outdoors, and the work environment such as welding can be improved.

Further, the skeleton member 11 covered with the tent member 10 can be easily separated and moved along the rail 20 laid on the ground in the direction away from the exhaust portion 30. Further, since the skeleton member 11 covered with the tent member 10 can be fixed to the rail 20 by the fixing members 50 and 51, it is possible to prevent the skeleton member 11 from being blown off by a strong wind or the like.

Further, a skirt portion 13 formed in a skirt shape so as to expand from the hem portion of the tent member 10 to the ground is provided, and outside air flows into the internal space during painting work from the lower side surface of the skeleton member 11. Therefore, the airflow in the internal space can be stabilized in the direction in which the exhaust unit 30 is located from the side opposite to the exhaust unit 30.

Further, the exhaust unit 30 and the tent member 10 are provided at the end of the exhaust unit 30 on the tent member 10 side or the end of the tent member 10 on the exhaust unit 30 side, and when the closure is performed, the exhaust unit 30 and the tent member 10 are provided. A covering portion 80 formed so as to cover the space between the tent member 80 and the tent member 10 is provided, and outside air flows into the internal space during painting work through between the exhaust portion 30 and the tent member 10 when the blockage is performed. Since it is possible to suppress this, it is possible to stabilize the air flow in the internal space.

Further, a curtain-shaped member 12 that can be slidably opened and closed is provided on the back surface of the closed skeleton member 11, and the back surface of the closed skeleton member 11 can be easily opened and closed, so that an internal space can be created. It can be easily shielded or opened.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, only specific examples are illustrated, and the present invention is not particularly limited, and the specific configuration and the like can be appropriately redesigned. In addition, the actions and effects described in the embodiments of the present invention merely list the most preferable actions and effects arising from the present invention, and the actions and effects according to the present invention are described in the embodiments of the present invention. It is not limited to what has been done.

For example, the covering portion 80 is provided at the end of the exhaust portion 30 on the skeleton member 11 side, but instead, the covering portion similar to the covering portion 80 is provided at the end of the tent member 10 on the exhaust portion 30 side. May be good.

In the above embodiment, the case where the tent member 10 and the skeleton member 11 are movably provided with respect to the exhaust portion 30 has been described. However, the exhaust portion 30 is provided integrally with the tent member 10 and the skeleton member 11 to provide a tent. The exhaust portion 30 may be provided so as to be movable along the rail 20 together with the member 10 and the skeleton member 11. The moving opening / closing tent 100A for painting according to this modification will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 to 12.

For convenience, the same components as those of the movable opening / closing tent 100 for painting (see FIGS. 1 to 7) of the above embodiment (for example, the configuration of the lower part of the wheel mounting frame 11e) are designated by the same reference numerals and are detailed. Explanation is omitted. Hereinafter, the paint movable opening / closing tent 100A of the present modification will be mainly described with a configuration different from that of the painting mobile opening / closing tent 100 of the above embodiment.

As shown in FIGS. 8 to 12, the movable opening / closing tent 100A for painting of the present modification includes a skeleton member 11 coated with the tent member 10 and a pair of rails 20 on which the skeleton member 11 can travel. ing. In the movable opening / closing tent 100A for painting, the tent member 10 and the skeleton member 11 form an internal space in which painting work can be performed on the object to be painted. The rail 20 is laid on the ground so as to have a width corresponding to the distance between the pair of side surfaces of the skeleton member 11.

As shown in FIG. 8, the movable opening / closing tent 100A for painting has a plurality (here, four) painting work positions provided at predetermined intervals in the laying direction of the rail 20 (direction along the rail 20). It is possible to move between 110A and 110D, and the moving opening and closing tent 100A for painting is located in any one of the plurality of painting work positions 110A to 110D. Then, in a state where the movable opening / closing tent 100A for painting is located at any one of the plurality of painting work positions 110A to 110D, the painting work for the object to be painted carried in advance to the painting work position is performed. It is supposed to be done. In FIG. 8, the state in which the moving opening / closing tent 100A for painting is located at the painting work position 110B is shown by a solid line, and the moving opening / closing tent 100A for painting is located at the other painting work positions 110A, 110C, 110D. The state of being present is indicated by a two-dot chain line. The object to be painted is carried into the painting work positions 110A to 110D by a bridge crane 105 (see FIG. 3B), a forklift, or the like. Further, a building 101 for storing the objects to be painted carried into the painting work positions 110A to 110D is provided on one end side (left end side in FIG. 8) of the moving rail 102 of the bridge crane 105. There is. As described above, in the above embodiment, only one painting work position is provided so that the painting work can be performed on the object to be painted, but in this modification, a plurality of (four) painting work positions 110A to 110D are provided. It is provided. The number of painting work positions described above is an example, and may be 3 or less, or 5 or more. Further, the position of the painting work position can be freely set, and for example, the painting work position may be set at an intermediate position between the painting work positions 110A and 110B.

Further, in the movable opening / closing tent 100A for painting, as shown in FIGS. 9, 11 and 12, curtain-shaped members are formed at both ends of the rail 20 of the skeleton member 11 covered with the tent member 10 in the laying direction. 12A and 12B are provided. As shown in FIG. 11, the curtain-shaped member 12A provided at one end (right end in FIG. 9) of the rail 20 of the skeleton member 11 in the laying direction has a configuration in which the rail 20 can be slid open and closed in the width direction. ing. The curtain-shaped member 12A is configured as, for example, a curtain containing a core material. When the curtain-shaped member 12A is closed, one end of the inside of the tent of the movable opening / closing tent 100A for painting is sealed by the curtain-shaped member 12A so that the inside of the tent where the painting work is performed is blocked from the outside. On the other hand, when the curtain-shaped member 12A is opened, one end side inside the tent of the moving opening / closing tent 100A for painting is opened, and outside air can flow into the tent where the painting work is performed. Further, as shown in FIG. 12, the curtain-shaped member 12B provided at the other end of the rail 20 of the skeleton member 11 in the laying direction (the left end in FIG. 9) is configured to be openable and closable in the vertical direction. There is. The curtain-shaped member 12B is configured as, for example, a book-type curtain. When the curtain-shaped member 12B is closed, the other end of the inside of the tent of the movable opening / closing tent 100A for painting is sealed by the curtain-shaped member 12B so that the inside of the tent where the painting work is performed is blocked from the outside. During the painting work, the curtain-shaped member 12A is opened and the curtain-shaped member 12B is closed, so that the outside air flowing in from one end side inside the tent of the moving opening / closing tent 100A for painting is exhausted. It is possible to guide the portions 30A to 30D to the other end side inside the tent where the portions 30A to 30D are arranged, thereby stably forming an air flow from the curtain-shaped member 12A side to the curtain-shaped member 12B side inside the tent. It becomes possible to do.

Further, in the movable opening / closing tent 100A for painting, as shown in FIG. 10, a plurality of (here, four) are located at the other end (left end in FIG. 9) of the rail 20 of the skeleton member 11 in the laying direction. Exhaust portions 30A to 30D are provided. The exhaust portions 30A to 30D are arranged so as to line up in the width direction of the rail 20 of the skeleton member 11. The exhaust portions 30A to 30D are integrally provided with the tent member 10 coated on the skeleton member 11, and are not separated from the tent member 10. As described above, in the above embodiment, the exhaust portions 30 are separably provided with respect to the tent member 10, but in this modification, a plurality of (four) exhaust portions 30A to 30D are provided on the tent member 10. The exhaust units 30A to 30D are integrally provided, and can be moved along the rail 20 together with the tent member 10 and the skeleton member 11.

The exhaust units 30A to 30D each have substantially the same configuration as the exhaust unit 30 of the above embodiment, and the exhaust fan 31 provided outside, the filter 32 provided on the upstream side of the exhaust fan 31, and the exhaust gas. It is provided on the downstream side of the fan 31, and includes a tubular member 33 for discharging the air sucked by the exhaust fan 31 to the outside through the filter 32. The outside of the skeleton of the exhaust portions 30A to 30D is covered with the tent member 35. Further, the exhaust fans 31 of the exhaust units 30A to 30D are isolated from the inside of the tent where the painting work is performed.

More specifically, as shown in FIG. 10, in the exhaust portions 30A to 30D provided at both ends (outside) of the rail 20 in the width direction, the filter 32 is the tent member 10. It is installed on the side surface and is supported by the skeleton member 11. The exhaust fan 31 and the tubular member 33 of the exhaust portions 30A and 30D are arranged on the side outside the tent member 10. Further, in the exhaust portions 30B and 30C provided inside the exhaust portions 30A to 30D in the width direction of the rail 20, the tent member 35 is supported by the ceiling frame 11c of the skeleton member 11. Further, a net-type ceiling 36 fixed to the ceiling frame 11c separates the painting space where the painting work is performed from the ceiling space above the tent. The exhaust fan 31 and the tubular member 33 of the exhaust portions 30B and 30C are arranged outside the tent member 10 and above the tent member 10. The number of exhaust units described above is an example, and may be 3 or less, or 5 or more.

In the moving opening / closing tent 100A for painting of this modification, the exhaust portions 30A to 30D are integrally provided with the tent member 10, and the tent member 10 and the exhaust portion 30 are provided at predetermined intervals in the laying direction of the rail 20. It is possible to move between the plurality of painting work positions 110A to 110D. Then, in a state where the tent member 10 and the exhaust unit 30 are located at any one of the plurality of painting work positions 110A to 110D, the painting work on the object to be painted carried in advance to the painting work position is performed. It is possible. Therefore, according to the moving opening / closing tent 100A for painting, in addition to substantially the same effect as the moving opening / closing tent 100 for painting of the above embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.

In the moving opening / closing tent 100A for painting, since the exhaust portions 30A to 30D are integrally provided with the tent member 10, the airtightness between the exhaust portions 30A to 30D and the tent member 10 can be improved. As a result, it is possible to suppress the inflow of outside air into the internal space during painting work via the exhaust portions 30A to 30D and the tent member 10, and it is possible to stabilize the air flow in the internal space.

Further, in the moving opening / closing tent 100A for painting, since the exhaust portions 30A to 30D are provided so as to be movable along the rail 20 together with the tent member 10, the position where the moving opening / closing tent 100A for painting has moved (here, here). At the plurality of painting work positions 110A to 110D), the painting work on the object to be painted becomes possible, and the painting work can be performed efficiently.

That is, in the case of the above embodiment, after the painting work on the object to be painted is completed inside the movable opening / closing tent 100 for painting, it takes time to start the painting work on the next object to be painted. .. Specifically, after the painting work on the object to be painted is completed, the tent member 10 is separated from the exhaust portion 30 and the tent member 10A and the skeleton member 11A are separated to the positions indicated by the two-dot chain lines in FIGS. 1 and 2. To move. Next, the object to be painted for which the painting work has been completed is carried out by the bridge crane 105 or the like, and the object to be painted to be painted is carried in by the bridge crane 105 or the like. Then, the tent member 10 and the skeleton member 11 can be returned to the positions shown by the solid lines in FIGS. 1 and 2, the tent member 10 can be attached to the exhaust portion 30, and then the painting work on the object to be painted can be started. become. As described above, in the case of the above embodiment, each time the painting work is performed, the reciprocating movement of the moving opening / closing tent 100 for painting, the attachment / detachment work of the tent member 10 and the exhaust portion 30, and the loading / unloading of the object to be painted are performed. There is a need to do.

On the other hand, in this modification, for example, when the painting work on the object to be painted is completed at the painting work position 110A, in order to perform the painting work on the next object to be painted, the movable opening / closing tent 100A for painting is performed. May be moved to the painting work position 110B where the object to be painted has been carried in in advance. Therefore, it is possible to shorten the time until the painting work for the next object to be painted is started, and it is possible to efficiently perform the painting work.

More specifically, in this modification, it is possible to carry in the object to be painted to a plurality of painting work positions 110A to 110D in advance, and each time the painting work is performed, the object to be painted is carried out. There is no need to turn on. Further, since the exhaust portions 30A to 30D are integrally provided with the tent member 10, it is not necessary to perform the attachment / detachment work of the tent member 10 and the exhaust portions 30A to 30D every time the painting work is performed. Further, the movable opening / closing tent 100A for painting may be sequentially moved to a plurality of painting work positions 110A to 110D to which the object to be painted has been carried in in advance, and the painting work may be performed at the respective painting work positions 110A to 110D. It is not necessary to reciprocate the moving opening / closing tent 100A for painting when the object to be painted is carried in and out. Therefore, according to this modification, every time the painting work is performed, the reciprocating movement of the moving opening / closing tent 100A for painting, the attachment / detachment work of the tent member 10 and the exhaust portions 30A to 30D, and the loading / unloading of the object to be painted are performed. It is not necessary to perform the painting work, and the painting work can be performed efficiently.

The present invention can be used for a movable opening / closing tent for painting having an internal space capable of performing painting work.
