Description
Claims (6)
- 複数の円筒形電池と、
熱硬化性樹脂で構成され、前記各円筒形電池の軸方向一端部がそれぞれ挿入される複数の収容部を有する電池ホルダーと、
前記電池ホルダーにそれぞれ密接した状態で取り付けられ、前記各円筒形電池を並列接続する一対の端子板と、
を備え、
前記各円筒形電池の軸方向一端部側の第1端面部には、安全弁が設けられ、
前記各収容部は、
前記円筒形電池の外周面に沿って形成された隔壁部と、
前記第1端面部の前記安全弁が設けられた部分を包囲するように前記第1端面部上に張り出し、前記隔壁部と一体的に形成された張り出し部と、
前記第1端面部の前記安全弁が設けられた部分を露出させる開口と、
をそれぞれ有する、電池ブロック。 - 前記電池ホルダーは、前記各収容部を有する第1ホルダーと、前記各円筒形電池の軸方向他端部がそれぞれ挿入される複数の第2収容部を有する第2ホルダーとを連結して構成され、
前記各第2収容部は、
前記円筒形電池の前記外周面に沿って形成された第2隔壁部と、
前記円筒形電池の軸方向他端部側の第2端面部上に張り出し、前記第2隔壁部と一体的に形成された第2張り出し部と、
前記第2端面部の一部を露出させる第2開口と、
をそれぞれ有する、請求項1に記載の電池ブロック。 - 前記電池ホルダーに収容された前記各円筒形電池の間には、前記電池ホルダーの外部と連通しない内部空隙が連続的に形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の電池ブロック。
- 前記電池ホルダーを構成する前記熱硬化性樹脂には、吸熱フィラー及び熱伝導性フィラーの少なくとも一方が含有されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電池ブロック。
- 軸方向一端部側の第1端面部に安全弁が設けられる複数の円筒形電池と、
前記各円筒形電池の軸方向一端部がそれぞれ挿入される複数の収容部を有する樹脂製の第1ホルダーと前記各円筒形電池の軸方向他端部がそれぞれ挿入される複数の収容部を有する樹脂製の第2ホルダーとを連結して構成される電池ホルダーと、
前記第1ホルダーに密接した状態で取り付けられ、前記円筒形電池の前記第1端面部を露出させる第1開口を介して前記第1端面部に接続されるリード部を有する第1の端子板と、
前記第2ホルダーに密接した状態で取り付けられ、前記円筒形電池の軸方向他端部側の第2端面部を露出させる第2開口を介して前記第2端面部に接続されるリード部を有する第2の端子板と、
を備え、
前記第1ホルダーの各収容部は、前記円筒形電池の外周面に沿って形成された第1隔壁部を有し、
前記第2ホルダーの各収容部は、前記円筒形電池の外周面に沿って形成された第2隔壁部を有し、
前記第1ホルダー内部の前記各円筒形電池の軸方向において前記第1隔壁部が形成されていないと共に、前記第2ホルダー内部の前記各円筒形電池の軸方向において前記第2隔
壁部が形成されていない内部空隙が前記電池ホルダー内部の各円筒形電池の間に形成され、
前記内部空隙は、前記第1ホルダーと前記第2ホルダーとの連結部分において前記電池ホルダーの外部とつながらない閉じられた空間である、
電池ブロック。 - 前記電池ホルダーは、隣り合う列の各円筒形電池同士が千鳥状に配置されるように形成された電池収容部の群である収容部群を複数有し、
前記各収容部群の間は、1つの収容部群を構成する各円筒形電池同士の間隔よりも大きい、請求項5に記載の電池ブロック。
