Description
前記各端子の棒端子部が貫通する複数の貫通孔、及び前記折曲端子部が配されるとともに前記各貫通孔に連通して前記貫通孔と反対側に開口部を有する複数の端子収容穴を有するハウジングと、
前記各開口部から前記各端子収容穴に配されて、前記折曲端子部にかしめられた複数の電線と、を備え、
前記棒端子部は、前記棒端子部の長手方向に直交する断面の形状が、空間を持たない凸多角形又は円形であり、かつ、前記回路基板のスルーホールに挿入されて前記回路基板にはんだ付けされる、ハーネス部品にある。
ハーネス部品の実施形態につき、図1~図8を用いて説明する。
本実施形態のハーネス部品1は、図1~図3に示すごとく、複数の端子2とハウジング3と複数の電線4とを備える。
以後、本実施形態につき詳説する。
本実施形態のハーネス部品1において、各端子2は、回路基板11を接続する棒端子部21と、端子収容穴32内において電線4にかしめられる折曲端子部22とを備える。それゆえ、回路基板11に接続される端子2と電線4との間には、別の端子が介在しない。そのため、例えば電線4と回路基板11との間に、雌端子と雄端子とを介在させる場合に比べ、部品点数の削減を図りやすい。また、雄端子を収容する雄ハウジングと、雌端子を収容する雌ハウジングと、の2つのハウジング部材を嵌合する従来の構造を採用しておらず、ハウジング部材の部品点数の削減を図ることもできる。これにより、ハーネス部品1全体の小型化を実現しやすい。

Claims (3)
- 回路基板に接続される棒状の棒端子部、及び前記棒端子部につながる金属材料の一部が扁平化されるとともに折り曲げられて形成された折曲端子部を有する複数の端子と、
前記各端子の棒端子部が貫通する複数の貫通孔、及び前記折曲端子部が配されるとともに前記各貫通孔に連通して前記貫通孔と反対側に開口部を有する複数の端子収容穴を有するハウジングと、
前記各開口部から前記各端子収容穴に配されて、前記折曲端子部にかしめられた複数の電線と、を備え、
前記棒端子部は、前記棒端子部の長手方向に直交する断面の形状が、空間を持たない凸多角形又は円形であり、かつ、前記回路基板のスルーホールに挿入されて前記回路基板にはんだ付けされる、ハーネス部品。 - 前記折曲端子部には、前記ハウジングに係止されて、前記端子収容穴からの前記端子の抜け止めをする抜止部が形成されている、請求項1に記載のハーネス部品。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記回路基板に係合するハウジング係合部を一体に備える、請求項1又は2に記載のハーネス部品。
