アッパーケースと、
前記アッパーケースと組み合わされるロワーケースと、
前記アッパーケースと前記ロワーケースとの間に配された環状のセンタープレートと、
前記センタープレートと前記アッパーケースあるいは前記ロワーケースとの間に配された環状の摺動シートと、を備え、
前記センタープレートは、
前記摺動シートと摺動する軸受面と、
前記軸受面の反対側に位置する裏面と、
前記軸受面に形成された環状溝と、を有し、
前記環状溝は、
当該環状溝の溝底に配置された環状凹部と、
前記軸受面の内周側から前記環状凹部の内周縁へ向けて径方向外方に傾斜する内周面と、
前記軸受面の外周側から前記環状凹部の外周縁へ向けて径方向内方に傾斜する外周面と、を有し、
前記内周面と前記外周面との交線が、前記センタープレートの前記裏面よりも前記軸受面側に位置しており、
前記環状凹部は、前記交線より前記裏面側に位置しており、
前記内周面は、
傾斜方向に平坦な第1内周傾斜面と、
前記第1内周傾斜面より径方向外方側に位置し、前記第1内周傾斜面よりも傾斜角の小さい、傾斜方向に平坦な第2内周傾斜面と、を有し、
前記外周面は、
傾斜方向に平坦な第1外周傾斜面と、
前記第1外周傾斜面より径方向内方側に位置し、前記第1外周傾斜面よりも傾斜角の小さい、傾斜方向に平坦な第2外周傾斜面と、を有する。

- 荷重を支持する滑り軸受であって、
アッパーケースと、
前記アッパーケースと組み合わされるロワーケースと、
前記アッパーケースと前記ロワーケースとの間に配された環状のセンタープレートと、
前記センタープレートと前記アッパーケースあるいは前記ロワーケースとの間に配された環状の摺動シートと、を備え、
前記センタープレートは、
前記摺動シートと摺動する軸受面と、
前記軸受面の反対側に位置する裏面と、
前記軸受面に形成された環状溝と、を有し、
前記環状溝は、
当該環状溝の溝底に配置された環状凹部と、
前記軸受面の内周側から前記環状凹部の内周縁へ向けて径方向外方に傾斜する内周面と、
前記軸受面の外周側から前記環状凹部の外周縁へ向けて径方向内方に傾斜する外周面と、を有し、
前記内周面と前記外周面との交線が、前記センタープレートの前記裏面よりも前記軸受面側に位置しており、
前記環状凹部は、前記交線より前記裏面側に位置しており、
前記内周面は、
傾斜方向に平坦な第1内周傾斜面と、
前記第1内周傾斜面より径方向外方側に位置し、前記第1内周傾斜面よりも傾斜角の小さい、傾斜方向に平坦な第2内周傾斜面と、を有し、
前記外周面は、
傾斜方向に平坦な第1外周傾斜面と、
前記第1外周傾斜面より径方向内方側に位置し、前記第1外周傾斜面よりも傾斜角の小さい、傾斜方向に平坦な第2外周傾斜面と、を有する
ことを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1に記載の滑り軸受であって、
前記センタープレートの前記裏面は、平坦面である
ことを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1または2に記載の滑り軸受であって、
前記センタープレートは、
前記裏面の内縁部および外縁部に形成されたテーパをさらに有する
ことを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受であって、
前記軸受面は、
前記裏面から当該軸受面の内周側までの距離が、前記裏面から当該軸受面の外周側までの距離より大きい
ことを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受であって、
前記センタープレートは、弾性体で形成されている
ことを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受であって
前記アッパーケースと前記ロワーケースとの隙間を外部から遮断するシール材をさらに備える
ことを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受であって、
前記滑り軸受は、軸部材の回動を許容しつつ、当該軸部材に加わる荷重を支持し、
前記アッパーケースは、前記軸部材が挿入された状態で前記軸部材の支持対象に取り付けられ、
前記ロワーケースは、前記軸部材が挿入された状態で前記アッパーケースに回動自在に組み合わされ、
前記センタープレートおよび前記摺動シートは、前記軸部材が挿入された状態で、前記アッパーケースと前記ロワーケースとの間に配される
ことを特徴とする滑り軸受。
