Description
Claims (13)
- 心臓補助システムのポンプユニットに流体流を導くように構成されている供給ラインであって、
前記流体流を前記供給ラインに受け入れるための少なくとも一つの導入開口部を含む供給ヘッド部分と、
前記供給ヘッド部分に隣接して配置され、内面輪郭を含む輪郭付けられた部分と、を含み、前記内面輪郭は、第一の位置における第一の内直径と、第二の位置における第二の内直径と、第三の位置における第三の内直径とを含み、前記第一の内直径は、前記第二の内直径よりも大きく、前記第三の内直径は、前記第二の内直径よりも大きく、前記第一の内直径は、前記輪郭付けられた部分の最大内直径を含み、前記第二の内直径は、前記輪郭付けられた部分の最小内直径を含み、前記内面輪郭は、前記第二の位置に丸みを帯びた部分を含み、前記輪郭付けられた部分は、前記第一の位置における第一の内径と、前記第二の位置における第二の内径とを含み、前記第二の内径は、前記第一の内径よりも最大五分の一小さく、前記第二の位置は、前記第三の位置と前記第一の位置との間に位置し、
前記内面輪郭は、前記供給ラインの内に挿入可能な挿入要素を含み、
前記挿入要素の長さは、前記輪郭付けられた部分の内直径の二倍まで前記供給ラインの半径より大きいことを特徴とする、供給ライン。 - 前記第一の位置は、前記供給ヘッド部分と前記第二の位置との間の前記輪郭付けられた部分に位置している、請求項1に記載の供給ライン。
- 前記輪郭付けられた部分の内部は、前記輪郭付けられた部分の中心軸の周りに回転対称である、請求項1に記載の供給ライン。
- 前記輪郭付けられた部分は、前記第一の位置における第一の壁厚と、前記第二の位置における第二の壁厚とを含み、前記第一の壁厚は前記第二の壁厚よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の供給ライン。
- 前記供給ヘッド部分の前記導入開口部の少なくとも一つの入口縁は丸みを帯びている、請求項1に記載の供給ライン。
- 前記輪郭付けられた部分は一定の外径を有している、請求項1に記載の供給ライン。
- 請求項1に記載の供給ラインとポンプユニットとを含む、心臓補助システム。
- 心臓補助システムのポンプユニット用の供給ラインを製造する方法であって、
流体流を前記ポンプユニットに導くように構成されている前記供給ラインに前記流体流を受け入れるための少なくとも一つの導入開口部を有する供給ヘッド部を形成する工程と、
前記供給ヘッド部分に隣接し、内面輪郭を含む輪郭付けられた部分を形成する工程と、を含み、前記内面輪郭は第一の位置における第一の内直径と、第二の位置における第二の内直径と、第三の位置における第三の内直径とを含み、前記第一の内直径は、前記第二の内直径よりも大きく、前記第三の内直径は、前記第二の内直径よりも大きく、前記第一の内直径は、前記輪郭付けられた部分の最大内直径を含み、前記第二の内直径は、前記輪郭付けられた部分の最小内直径を含み、前記内面輪郭は、前記第二の位置に丸みを帯びた部分を含み、前記輪郭付けられた部分は、前記第一の位置における第一の内径と、前記第二の位置における第二の内径とを含み、前記第二の内径は、前記第一の内径よりも最大五分の一小さく、前記第二の位置は、前記第三の位置と前記第一の位置との間に位置し、
前記内面輪郭は、前記供給ラインの内に挿入可能な挿入要素を含み、
前記挿入要素の長さは、前記輪郭付けられた部分の内直径の二倍まで前記供給ラインの半径より大きいことを特徴とする、心臓補助システムのポンプユニット用の供給ラインを製造する方法。 - 前記第一の位置は、前記供給ヘッド部分と前記第二の位置との間の前記輪郭付けられた部分に位置している、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記輪郭付けられた部分の内部は、前記輪郭付けられた部分の中心軸の周りに回転対称である、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記輪郭付けられた部分は、前記第一の位置における第一の壁厚と、前記第二の位置における第二の壁厚とを含み、前記第一の壁厚は前記第二の壁厚よりも小さい、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記供給ヘッド部分の前記導入開口部の少なくとも一つの入口縁は丸みを帯びている、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記輪郭付けられた部分は一定の外径を有している、請求項8に記載の方法。
