Abstract

To provide a highly entertaining toy.

Description

The present invention relates to toys.

There are conventional accessory cases that allow the lid to be opened and closed widely to make it easier to display accessories such as rings and brooches stored in the box body, and that store the lid compactly in the box body to reduce the display space. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses an accessory case that includes a box body that is composed of a bottom plate and an inner plate surrounding the bottom plate and has a storage section inside, and a lid that is composed of a top plate and an outer plate surrounding the top plate and covers the box body so as to close the storage section, and that is rotatably attached so as to wrap around the bottom plate side of the box body via a fastening part that supports the lid at one point on one of the outer plates.

Patent Document 1 describes a case in which a cover that can be opened and closed rotates and moves to the back of the case body, hiding the cover behind the case body, so that accessories such as rings and brooches stored in the case can be easily displayed. However, this accessory case is not a toy and does not need to be particularly entertaining.

The present invention aims to provide a toy that is highly entertaining.

A toy according to one aspect of the present invention is a toy that can take a first form that can be dispensed from an item dispenser and a second form that can be displayed, and includes a main part and a non-main part that can be connected to the main part, and in the first form, the non-main part forms an outer shell together with a part of the main part.

The present invention makes it possible to provide a highly entertaining toy.

Hereinafter, a toy 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

The toy 1 can take a first form 1F in which the main part 10 and the non-main parts 30 form a spherical outer shell and are covered with a wrapping film 50 as shown in Fig. 1, and a second form 2F which is a display form as shown in Fig. 2. This first form 1F is a capsule form which can be supplied from an item supply device (not shown), and the second form 2F is a display form in which, for example, as shown in Fig. 2, the auxiliary parts 20 contained in the internal storage section SP (see Fig. 7) are taken out and assembled to the main part 10, and then placed on, for example, a placement section 60.

In the second form 2F in which the main part 10 is connected to the auxiliary part 20, the main part 10 imitates a food object such as a decorated cake placed in a container. For example, the first part 11 imitates a container that is frustum-shaped when viewed from the side. The second part 12 imitates the sponge part of the cake and the white chocolate or regular brown chocolate placed on top of the sponge, and the auxiliary part 20 imitates decorative cream 20b and strawberries 20a. Therefore, the auxiliary part 20 has an uneven appearance and is shaped so that it cannot roll.

As described above, the auxiliary part 20 is configured to a size that can be accommodated inside the main part 10 in the first form 1F. The auxiliary part 20 also has a plate-shaped support part 20c, for example, protruding from its lower end. In the second form 2F, the auxiliary part 20 is connected to the main part 10 by inserting the support part 20c into a mounting hole 10a provided in the top 10t of the main part 10.

The non-primary part 30 connected to the primary part 10 in the first form 1F, the details of which will be described later, is connected to the first part 11 and has a hemispherical appearance so as to cover the first part 11. The non-primary part 30 is assembled so as not to cover the second part 12, which has a hemispherical appearance, thereby forming an outer shell part of the toy 1 in the first form 1F.

The item supply device referred to here comprises a storage case capable of storing multiple toys 1 covered with wrapping film 50 in a random arrangement, a supply unit capable of randomly selecting and supplying toys 1 one by one from the storage case, a locking unit for locking the supply unit, an operating unit that can be operated to unlock the locking unit and rotate the supply unit on the condition that a fee is paid, and a passage unit that allows the toy 1 to pass through so as to drop from the storage case to the supply port in a rolling manner. The toy 1 has an approximately spherical shape that allows it to roll easily, which makes it possible to supply it to the user while avoiding separation or damage when it is supplied from the item supply device.

As shown in Fig. 4, the members constituting the outer shell of the toy 1 are composed of a main part 10 and a non-main part 30. For example, the main part 10 is composed of a first part 11 and a second part 12 which is a second member. On the other hand, the non-main part 30 is provided so as to cover the first part 11 from below.

The first part 11 has a circular first opening end 11a constituting the upper end of the first part 11, and a circular bottom portion constituting the lower end, which is a circular flat surface portion 11b with a smaller diameter than the first opening end 11a, forming a truncated cone shape. In the second form 2F, the first part 11 can be placed on the placement portion 60 with the flat surface portion 11b as the bottom surface. The inside of the first part 11 also constitutes the lower side of the storage portion SP.

The first opening end 11a is provided with a notch 11e at one location. When the first opening end 11a is connected to a lower part 121 of the second part 12, the notch 11e cooperates with the plate-shaped protrusion 121d to determine the direction of connection. The first part 11 is provided with a plurality of connecting parts 11c provided along the inner peripheral wall surface 11f. The second part 12 is connected by inserting the connecting shaft 121c of the second part 12 into the connecting parts 11c. The flat part 11b is also provided with a pair of connecting holes 11d (see FIG. 6) that can be connected to the non-main part 30.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing an example of assembly of the second component 12 in the main component 10. As shown in FIG.
5, the second part 12 is formed by connecting two parts of different shapes. That is, the second part 12 is composed of one part 121, the end 121e of which forms a circular curve to imitate the sponge part of a cake, and the other part 122, which covers the upper part of the one part 121 and has an end 122e of which forms a wavy line to imitate, for example, melted chocolate.

In the second part 12, for example, a connecting shaft portion 122b protruding from the inner surface of the other part 122 is fitted into a plurality of connecting holes 121b opening on the outer surface of the first part 121. Also, a rectangular protruding wall 122a constituting the mounting hole 10a of the other part 122 is fitted into the rectangular top hole portion 121a of the first part 121. In this way, the first part 121 and the other part 122 are assembled. Note that this second part 12 is configured so that it cannot be disassembled or assembled by the user.

The maximum diameter D12 of the second part 12 is configured to be larger than the maximum outer diameter d1 of the first part 11 (see FIG. 4). More specifically, for example, the maximum inner diameter d2 of the first part 121 can be configured to be larger than the maximum outer diameter d1 of the first part 11 (see FIG. 4). As a result, when the second part 12 and the first part 11 are assembled, the end 121e of the second part 12 covers a part of the outer circumferential surface 11s of the first part 11 (the first opening end 11a) (see FIG. 7). This creates the appearance that the end 121e of the first part 121 is spilling out from the first opening end 11a of the first part 11.

In addition, the assembled second part 12 has a stepped structure at the end 122e of the other part 122 relative to the surface of the one part 121. That is, the second part 12 has a wavy step formed on its outer surface 10s (see FIG. 2), which can effectively represent, for example, melted chocolate. Furthermore, because the second part 12 is made up of multiple members, a variety of different shapes can be easily expressed by changing the combination of the one part 121 and the other part 122.

In the second form 2F, as shown in the figure, the support part 20c of the auxiliary part 20 is inserted inside the rectangular protruding wall 122a. This connects the auxiliary part 20 to the main part 10 in a predetermined orientation. At this time, the support part 20c is not visible from the outside, is supported only by the rectangular protruding wall 122a, and is not configured to abut against other parts, such as the first part 11.

6, the non-main part 30 is formed with a recess 30e having a substantially circular inner peripheral surface 30i that accommodates and substantially covers the first part 11. The non-main part 30 does not have a shape that imitates a figurative object, and its outer surface 30s is configured to have a substantially hemispherical shape including the spherical shape of the bottom surface 30b. In other words, the non-main part 30 has a function of protecting the main part 10 in the first form 1F and a function as an auxiliary member that makes the toy 1 spherical.

The bottom of the non-main part 30 is provided with a pair of locking pins 30d that fit into the connecting holes 11d. On the other hand, the first part 11 has two connecting holes 11d in its flat surface 11b as described above. Due to this connecting structure, the non-main part 30 can be connected to the main part 10 only in a specified orientation.

A circular rib 30f protrudes from the bottom of the non-main part 30, immediately outside the locking pin portion 30d. This circular rib 30f is capable of contacting the outer periphery of the flat surface portion 11b of the first part 11 when the non-main part 30 is attached. As a result, the non-main part 30 is held against the flat surface portion 11b of the first part 11 with the locking pin portion 30d fitting into the connecting hole 11d and the circular rib 30f contacting the flat surface portion 11b (see FIG. 7).

In this state of the first form 1F, the auxiliary part 20 is accommodated in the accommodation part SP constituted by the first part 11 and the second part 12. The combination of the one part 121 and the other part 122 of the second part 12 is fixed, for example, by adhesive or the like, and is configured so as not to be easily disassembled. Therefore, when changing to the second form 2F, which is the display form, after removing the wrapping film 50 and the non-main part 30, the first part 11 and the second part 12 are separated and the auxiliary part 20 is taken out. Then, the auxiliary part 20 is inserted into the mounting hole 10a and assembled.

As described above, the non-main part 30 is connected such that its locking pin portion 30d and circular rib 30f support the flat portion 11b of the first part 11. As a result, the outer peripheral surface 11s of the first part 11 is covered by the non-main part 30 as shown in the figure. In this state, a gap Op1 is formed between the outer peripheral surface 11s of the first part 11 and the inner peripheral surface 30i of the non-main part 30, resulting in no contact between them.

The outer surface 10s of the second part 12 is not covered by the non-main part 30, and a gap Op2 is formed between the second opening end 30a of the non-main part 30 and the end 121e of the one part 121. Inside the gap Op2, the outer peripheral surface 11s of the first part 11 is positioned so as to close Op2 from the inside. In other words, the height of the first opening end 11a of the first part 11 is positioned higher than the height of the second opening end 30a of the non-main part 30, so that the first part 11 can form an outer shell inside the gap Op2.

The second part 12 is also configured so that its maximum diameter D12 in the horizontal plane is the same length as the maximum diameter D30 of the non-main part 30 in the horizontal plane. This results in a preferable spherical shape. In this way, the main part 10 and the non-main part 30 connected to the main part 10 are configured to have a spherical shape and be rollable in the first form 1F. As described above, in this embodiment of the toy 1, the main part 10 can connect the secondary part 20, which imitates a part of a figurative object, to the outer surface 10s, and is configured to be able to house the secondary part 20 inside, so that when the secondary part 20 is connected (second configuration 2F), the toy 1 can be displayed as an imitating a figurative object. Also, when the secondary part 20 is housed (first configuration 1F), the toy 1 can be supplied by an item supply device in a rollable shape.

In addition, in the toy 1 of this embodiment, the auxiliary part 20 is configured in the second form 2F so that it can be connected to the main part 10 in a predetermined orientation by the support part 20c, making assembly easy, and by specifying the orientation, the characteristics of the display form can be expressed by the orientation.

Furthermore, in this embodiment of the toy 1, the support part 20c is configured so as not to be visible from the outside in the second form 2F, so that a reduction in the presentation effect of the displayed figure can be avoided.

In the toy 1 of this embodiment, the secondary part 20 can express a shape by having, for example, unevenness or protruding parts, and even if it is configured to be unable to roll, the secondary part 20 is provided housed in a housing section of the main part 10, so it is able to roll and does not cause any problems in supplying by the item supply device.

In this embodiment of the toy 1, the first part 11 has a truncated cone shape, and the second part 12 has a hemispherical shape with a larger diameter than the first part 11, so that the overall shape of the main part 10 can be made to be rollable.

In the toy 1 of this embodiment, the auxiliary part 20 is configured so that it can be connected to the outer surface 10s of the second part 12, but cannot be connected to the first part 11, so that the auxiliary part 20 can be easily attached to the second part 12 without making any mistakes.

In addition, in the toy 1 of this embodiment, the auxiliary part 20 is configured to be connectable to the second part 12, and is configured not to abut the first part 11 when connected to the second part 12, so that the assembly of the auxiliary part 20 is completed only between the second part 12 and the toy 1. According to the toy 1 of this embodiment, in the first form 1F, the first part 11 is configured to fit into the recess 30e, and the first opening end 11a of the first part 11 is configured to be higher than the second opening end 30a of the recess 30e.
