Description
Claims (13)
- a)複数のタグであって、それぞれのタグは、使用の際に個々の物体と関連付けられており、
i)メッセージを送信又は受信するように構成されたタグトランシーバ、並びに
ii)タグ処理装置であって、
(1)前記物体及び/又はその他の物体と関連するコンテキストを示すコンテキストデータを判定し、
(2)
(a)前記個々の物体の物体タイプを示す物体タイプ識別子、及び
(b)時間期間にわたる前記コンテキストデータの少なくともいくつか
を示すタグ履歴データを生成する
ように構成された、タグ処理装置
を含む、複数のタグと、
b)1つ又は複数の処理装置であって、
i)機械学習技法を使用して複数のタグからのトリガタグ履歴データを分析するように構成され、前記トリガタグ履歴データは、トリガイベントに関係するタグ履歴データであり、及び、
ii)コンテキストデータと1つ又は複数のトリガイベントとの間の関係を示す予測モデルを生成するように構成され、前記予測モデルは、トリガイベントの予測に使用可能である、1つ又は複数の処理装置と
を含む、物体監視システム。 - 前記タグは、物体規則を保存するように構成されたタグメモリを含み、前記タグ処理装置は、
a)トリガイベントの識別にコンテキストデータ及び物体規則を使用し、及び、
b)前記トリガイベントの検出に応答してトリガタグ履歴データを生成するように
構成されている、請求項1に記載の物体監視システム。 - 前記1つ又は複数の処理装置は、
a)トリガイベントの識別にタグ履歴データ及び物体規則を使用し、及び、
b)前記トリガイベントの検出に応答して前記トリガタグ履歴データを識別するように
構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の物体監視システム。 - 前記1つ又は複数の処理装置は、いくつかの異なるトリガイベントのそれぞれごとに個々の予測モデルを生成するように構成されている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の物体監視システム。
- 前記タグ履歴データは、
a)特徴ベクトルである、
b)特徴ベクトルを導出するために使用される、
の少なくとも1つである、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の物体監視システム。 - 前記1つ又は複数の処理装置は、トリガイベントの予測に予測モデル及びタグ履歴データを使用するように構成されている、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の物体監視システム。
- 前記1つ又は複数の処理装置は、
a)トリガイベントの尤度を算出するために予測モデル及びタグ履歴データを使用し、及び、
b)前記トリガイベントの前記尤度に応じてアクションを選択的に実行し、且つ任意付加的に、
c)予測されたトリガイベントの通知を生成するように
構成されている、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の物体監視システム。 - 前記1つ又は複数の処理装置は、1つ又は複数の予測物体規則を生成するために予測モデルを使用しており、及び、前記タグ処理装置は、トリガイベントがいつ発生する可能性が高いかを予測するために、予測物体規則及び時間期間にわたるコンテキストデータを使用するように構成されている、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の物体監視システム。
- 前記タグ処理装置は、
a)複数の場所ビーコンの1つから前記タグトランシーバを介して受け取られた場所タグブロードキャストメッセージに基づいて判定された1つ又は複数のタグ場所、
b)その他の物体と関連するその他のタグから受け取られた1つ又は複数のタグブロードキャストメッセージ、
c)1つ又は複数のセンサからのセンサデータ、及び
d)保存されているコンテキストデータ
の少なくとも1つに基づいて前記コンテキストデータを判定する、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の物体監視システム。 - a)前記タグは、前記関連する物体の少なくとも物体タイプを示す物体タイプ識別子を含む、及び、
b)個々の物体規則は、1つ又は複数の個々の物体タイプについて定義される、
の少なくとも1つである、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - a)前記タグ処理装置は、前記タグトランシーバに、
i)前記関連する個々の物体の少なくとも物体タイプを示す物体タイプ識別子、
ii)前記個々の物体と関連するコンテキストデータ、及び
iii)データパケットであって、
(1)前記物体タイプ識別子を含むパケットヘッダ、及び
(2)前記コンテキストデータを含むペイロード、を含むデータパケット
を含むタグブロードキャストメッセージを送信させるように構成されており、且つ任意付加的に、
b)前記タグ処理装置は、
i)1つ又は複数のその他の物体と関連する1つ又は複数のその他のタグから受け取られた1つ又は複数のタグブロードキャストメッセージを受け取り、
ii)それぞれのタグブロードキャストメッセージと関連する物体タイプ識別子を使用して前記1つ又は複数のその他の物体の物体タイプを判定し、及び、
iii)前記個々の物体タイプに関連する物体規則を使用して前記タグブロードキャストメッセージの少なくともいくつかを処理するように
構成されている、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記タグ処理装置は、
a)前記その他の物体の物体タイプと関連する物体規則にアクセスすることであって、前記物体規則は、関連するコンテキストデータを含むタグブロードキャストメッセージの1つ又は複数の部分を規定する前記個々の物体タイプに関連する定義されたメッセージフォーマットを示すことと、
b)前記タグブロードキャストメッセージ内の関連するコンテキストデータの識別に、前記物体規則を使用することと、
c)トリガイベントが発生したかどうかの識別に、前記関連するコンテキストデータ及び前記物体規則を使用すること
により、少なくとも1つのタグブロードキャストメッセージを処理するように構成されている、請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の物体監視システム。 - 物体監視方法であって、
a)複数のタグのそれぞれのタグは、使用の際に個々の物体と関連付けられており、及び、
i)メッセージを送信又は受信するように構成されたタグトランシーバと、
ii)タグ処理装置と
を含み、前記物体監視方法は、
b)
i)前記タグ処理装置が前記物体及び/又はその他の物体に関連するコンテキストを示すコンテキストデータを判定するステップと、
ii)前記タグ処理装置が、
(1)前記個々の物体の物体タイプを示す物体タイプ識別子と、
(2)時間期間にわたる前記コンテキストデータの少なくともいくつかと
を示すタグ履歴データを生成するステップと、
c)
i)1つ又は複数の処理装置が機械学習技法を使用して複数のタグからのトリガタグ履歴データを分析するステップであって、前記トリガタグ履歴データは、トリガイベントに関係するタグ履歴データである、ステップ及び、
ii)1つ又は複数の処理装置がコンテキストデータと1つ又は複数のトリガイベントとの間の関係を示す予測モデルを生成するステップであって、前記予測モデルは、トリガイベントの予測に使用可能である、ステップ
を含む、物体監視方法。
