Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the operation and to lighten and miniaturize the player by placing a disk in a round recessed part of a tray. CONSTITUTION:The disk is placed on the tray 11 fully drawn out forwardly, and when an operation switch is pressed, the tray 11 is advanced by a motor 4. Then, a semicircular columnar boss 25 is pressed by a stopper piece 14 of a lower surface of the tray 11, and hence a laterally moving member 15 is pressed by a columnar boss 26 along a groove 15b. The laterally moving member 15 is further pressed by this circular-arcuate motion, and a boss 18 on an upper surface of the laterally moving member 15 is entered into a cam groove 13 on the lower surface of the tray 11. Then, a slant part 13a is slid on the boss 18 of the laterally moving member 15 to carry out the final movement. As a result, the tray 11 is not moved forward and backward to be held in a play position by locking. Thus, since the final fixing of the tray is performed by engaging the cam groove of the tray with the laterally moving member, it is stabilized without backlash.

(Operation) The tray moves from the open position to the intermediate position by the engagement of the front and rear racks of the tray with the pinion, and then, due to the vertical and horizontal rack transfer mechanism, the left and right racks engage with the pinion instead of the front and rear racks, which causes lateral movement. The member engages the cam groove of the tray to move the tray from the intermediate position to the closed position and is fixed therein, while the lateral eight-movement member raises the turntable and the pickup unit.

What is important is that when the lateral moving member 15 moves to the left, its left and right racks 16 begin to engage the binion 3, and the left and right racks 16 begin to engage the binion 3 just before the front and rear racks 12 come out upward in the figure. This means that so-called vertical and horizontal rack connections have been made.

In FIG. 8(C), the tray 11 is connected to its front and rear racks 1.
2 has come off from the pinion 3, so from now on, the inclined part 13a of the cam groove 13 on the bottom surface of the tray 11 will be connected to the host 18 of the horizontally moving member 15.
The final movement is carried out by sliding it into contact with.

Then, as shown in FIG. 8(d), since the boss 18 of the lateral moving member 15 only moves to the parallel portion 13b of the cam groove 13 of the tray, the tray 11 is not moved forward or backward but is locked and held in the so-called play position. Ru.

The cylindrical post 26 of the sickle-shaped lever 23 may have previously pushed the lateral moving member 15, or it may be pushed by the side 15c of the cam groove 15b of the lateral moving member 15, rotating counterclockwise, resulting in , the semi-cylindrical boss 25 of the sickle-shaped lever is connected to the tray 11.
It moves slightly away from the stopper piece 14 on the bottom surface. Therefore, initially the tray 11 was positioned by the stopper piece 14, but ultimately the tray 11 was positioned by the engagement between the parallel part 13b of the cam groove 13 of the tray 11 and the boss 8 of the lateral moving member 15. On the other hand, in FIG. 2, the boss 8b of the lifting table 8, which is fitted into the falling wall 20 of the lateral moving member 15, is finally shown in the imaginary line because the lateral moving member 15 moves to the left as described above. It rises to the position shown, and scoops up the disc 27 on the tray 11 with its turntable 9, as shown by the solid line in FIG. 3, in preparation for play. Play is performed by the high speed rotation of the disk 27 and the cooperation of the trace of the optical pickup unit 10 shown in FIG.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, in the present invention, the disk can be placed in the circular recess of the tray, making operation extremely easy, and since the tray does not have any moving parts such as claws or levers. It is simple and lightweight, and the load on the drive system parts for the tray is reduced.
There are things that make it possible to change to an 11-inch model.
