〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明はVTR用シリンダに於ける記録、再生用等の磁

上記従来技術は、部品点数が多く、かつ、ねじによりヘ
ッドベースを強制的に移動してヘッドの位置合わせを行
うため、ヘッドベースに局部的な変形を与え、それが解
放され、調整位置がずれる等についての考慮がされてお
らず、性能的ばらつきの発生、又製造コストが増加する

上記目的を達成するために、本発明はヘッドチップはヘ

い、回転軸に固定された円板上に、ヘッドの高さを揃え
たものを保持し180゜の相対角度、突出し量の位置合
わせた後、接着剤で固定することにより所定相対寸法を

で±5μm程度である。又、ヘッド面6は底面11から
の垂直面に対しアジマスと同一の角度θ□だけ傾いてい
る。下シリンダ12は中央部の軸受部13で回転軸1を
回転自在に保持する。上シリンダ14は円板2のスリー
ブ15と嵌合し、円板2上に保持される。切欠16はヘ
ッドの逃げである。第4図に円板2上の各ヘッド相対寸
法例を示す。ヘッドの突出量L2は公差±2μm、ヘッ
ドの相対角度θ2は公差±20” (φ40の外周で約

本発明によれば、ヘッドを、直接、円板上に精度よく固
定することが可能となるので、ヘッドをヘッドベースに

ってヘッドベースを仰りヘッド間の相互寸法を合わせる
等の煩雑さがなくなる。かつ、部品点数が−ヘッドあた
り三点以上削減可能となり、生産性を向上することがで
