2. Description of the Related Art As shown in FIG. 12, a cargo handling vehicle is constructed by interposing a cargo handling arm 4 between a chassis frame 3 and a cargo handling arm 4 and rotating the cargo handling arm 4 rearward by extending a hydraulic cylinder 6. The body 5 of
There is one in which the body 5 on the ground is loaded onto the chassis frame 3 by rotating the body 5 forward (see Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 137225/1983).

However, such a cargo handling vehicle has a drawback that the cargo inside the body 5 is scattered because the body 5 is tilted during cargo handling. Therefore, in order to prevent the cargo from scattering during body cargo handling, cargo handling arms 4f and 4r are provided at the front and rear of the chassis frame 3 to form a parallel link, as shown in FIG. A vehicle capable of loading and unloading bodies has been proposed (
(See Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 63-93642).

However, in a cargo handling vehicle using a parallel link mechanism, when loading and unloading, the body 5 moves in a high position along an arcuate trajectory. Therefore, when operating the cargo handling vehicle indoors, there is a risk that the body 5 may come into contact with the ceiling. Further, when the parallel link mechanism is used, the body 5 must be disposed inside the cargo handling arm 4r, which has the disadvantage that the width of the body 5 becomes narrow.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The cargo handling vehicle of the present invention has an outrigger and a loading platform provided on the chassis frame, a guide rail is laid in the longitudinal direction along the loading platform, and a main pillar is provided at the front end of the loading platform. The base of a multi-stage telescopic boom, in which a proximal boom, an intermediate boom, and a tip boom are telescopically fitted, is pivoted to the upper end of this main column, and the base of the intermediate boom is guided by a guide rail. The above problem is solved by providing lifting legs that move back and forth.

[Operation] When loading a cargo, the cargo handling vehicle is stopped in front of the cargo, the outriggers are extended and grounded to ensure vehicle stability, and the multi-stage telescoping boom is extended rearward. As the multi-stage telescoping boom extends, the elevating legs are guided by the guide rails and move to the rear of the loading platform. Then, the lifting legs are retracted, the sling rope attached to the cargo is hooked onto the tip of the boom, and the lifting legs are extended to lift the cargo upward. When the multi-stage telescopic boom is retracted in this state, the lifting legs are guided by the guide rails and move to the front of the loading platform, so the cargo moves horizontally onto the loading platform. Then, shorten the lifting legs a little and let the cargo land on the loading platform.
After securing it to the cargo platform, the outriggers are pulled in and the cargo handling vehicle is driven.

As shown in FIG. 3, the multi-stage telescopic boom 17 has a proximal boom 21, a first intermediate boom 22, a second intermediate boom 23, and a tip boom 24 slidably fitted in this order. A first cylinder 25 is installed between the first intermediate boom 22 and a third cylinder 27 is installed between the second cylinder 26 and the tip boom 24 between the first cylinder and the second intermediate boom 23. The cylinders 25, 26, and 27 can be expanded and contracted by expanding and contracting them sequentially or simultaneously. At the tip of the tip boom 24 of the multi-stage telescopic boom 17, an arm 20 and a hook 29 are provided that protrude laterally for hanging a sling rope 28. In this embodiment, the tip boom 24 is located outside the intermediate booms 22 and 23, so the cargo is transferred to the tip boom 2.
Even if it comes into contact with 4, it will not interfere with the expansion and contraction operation.

When loading the container 36 as cargo,
As shown in FIG. 5, the cargo handling vehicle 10 is stopped in front of the container 36, the outriggers 14 are extended and fixed to the ground 37 to ensure the stability of the vehicle, and then the multi-stage telescopic boom 17 is extended rearward. As the multi-stage telescopic boom extends, the elevating legs 30 are guided by the guide rails 15 and move to the rear of the loading platform 13. Then, the lifting legs 30 are retracted and the sling rope 28 attached to the container 36 is hung on the hook 29 of the tip boom 24. Then, the lifting legs 30 are extended to lift the container 36 as shown in FIG. 6, and in this state, the multi-stage telescopic boom 17 is contracted. Then, the lifting legs 30 are guided by the guide rails 15 and move to the front of the loading platform 13, so that the container 36 moves horizontally onto the loading platform 13. When the elevating legs 30 move to the front end as shown in FIG. 1, the elevating legs 30 are slightly retracted, the container 36 is landed and fixed on the loading platform 13, and then the outriggers 14 are retracted and the cargo handling vehicle 10 is driven.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained above, the cargo handling vehicle of the present invention maintains the cargo in a horizontal state during loading and unloading.
By moving the cargo in the vertical and longitudinal directions, it is possible to prevent the cargo from collapsing or scattering, and to carry out cargo handling operations safely even indoors without the risk of contact with the ceiling. Further, a cargo handling vehicle can be easily constructed by simply providing an outrigger, a loading platform, a guide rail, a main column, a multi-stage telescoping boom, and a lifting leg on the chassis frame of an ordinary truck.
