The present invention relates to a method for producing a culture medium for mushroom cultivation, which enables cultivation and storage without the need for a sterile room during the period, thereby increasing rationality in production by separating production bases, and in which the cultivation schedule can be controlled.

In general industrial production, the method of first filling a container with culture material, inoculating it with mushroom starter, and cultivating it is to reduce costs. Using a culture bag (1), put the top opening into the ring-shaped shoulder opening (2) and fold it back outward.
A cap (4) having a filter (3) inside is fitted onto the shoulder opening (2) to prevent bacteria from entering the culture bag. However, in reality, shoulder openings and filters are used many times to reduce running costs.
In particular, as filters are repeatedly washed and dried and used many times, their dimensions shrink, allowing bacteria to enter through the gaps. For this reason, there is a limit to the number of filters that can be recycled, and since the filter itself does not completely prevent the intrusion of bacteria, prolonged contact with the outside air will increase the contamination rate. Therefore, in general, the process of inoculating seed bacteria (hereinafter referred to as the inoculation process) keeps the room sterile and prevents contamination with various germs.

On the other hand, since it takes about 10 to 60 days for the inoculum to spread, such as mushrooms, etc., it is necessary to prepare a large-scale building considering the storage space for mushrooms during that period.

Taking the culture medium outside and exposing it to the outside air after inoculation increases the risk of bacterial contamination, which is a problem. In this case, it is only necessary to have a means of transporting the culture medium in a sterile state, but there are ways to safely transport the culture medium after inoculation without contaminating it using general means of transport, such as automobiles such as trucks, freight cars, ships, etc. This has not been found yet. Also, it is possible to put each culture medium in a separate bag and seal it, or to completely block the sponge part, but this is time-consuming when processing large quantities. Because a new problem arises,
It's not an effective method.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a culture medium for cultivation that is economical by separating bases and allows control of the culture schedule.

The manufacturing method is achieved by introducing gas into a bag-shaped container, sealing the opening, and culturing while using the gas stored inside for mycelial growth. Also, at that time,
By filling the inner space of the bag with gas necessary for the growth of hyphae, the culture schedule can be freely controlled.

This can be achieved through the process of suturing with thread, and suturing can be performed after being sealed and left for a long time or stored, or suturing can be performed after being sealed and transported to a remote location in a sealed state. I can do things.

It becomes possible to do so. For this reason, if a culture medium is used in a camp with a filter, as is the case with conventional boat fishing, if a difference in pressure between the inside and outside occurs due to a change in ambient temperature, the outside air will flow between the sections surrounding the filter (arrow A in 11th ffl). However, according to the method of the present invention, there is no need to worry about this because the seal is completely shielded from the outside air. Furthermore, since it can be stored for a certain period of time after inoculation, there is no need to worry about the space inside the culture medium bag or the remaining amount of the inoculum.
Production can be maintained and production management can become smooth.

The culture medium is carried through the opening (7) through the transport conveyor (6) into the inoculum inoculation chamber (5), which is kept under sterile conditions under lil pressure, and is inoculated with the inoculum by the inoculating machine (8). After that, the opening is closed by the sealing machine (9) and completely sealed, and in this state, the unloading conveyor (1
0) is carried outside the room through the opening (11). As shown in Figure 1, the culture medium is sealed using a sealing machine (9) to completely seal the top opening with air remaining inside, so there is no ventilation inside or outside the container unless the bag is damaged. After that, the culture medium is transported to a location far from the building required for inoculation using commonly used means of transportation (12), such as automobiles, freight cars, and ships, without setting up a special sterile room, and the sewing machine After suturing by (14), it is stored in the culture warehouse (13).

This phenomenon often occurs noticeably when a temperature change is applied to the culture medium during transport. In other words, the air pressure inside the culture medium bag fluctuates due to temperature changes, so if the internal pressure of the bag becomes lower than the external pressure, the outside air will move inside the culture medium. is attracted to.

Since the upper part of the bag is fixed with a seal, it has the advantage of making suturing work easier.

This can be done at different locations. Therefore, these production bases can be constructed with economic efficiency in mind, and in addition to significantly increasing the cost and space requirements for constructing conventional production factories, it is also possible to construct these production bases with consideration to economic efficiency. Since temporary storage is possible even when the storage capacity of the culture warehouse is full, the seed inoculation process can be maintained normally. In other words, it can greatly contribute to smooth and simple production planning.
