A sealing method is known in which the film is brought into close contact with the sealing surface of the molded container, and then the film is punched out to fit the molded container.

When installing this toner container into a copying machine, etc., if the edge of the film sheet gets caught between the toner container and the part where the toner container is installed in the copying machine, it may not be possible to remove the film sheet smoothly. If the film sheet cannot be peeled off, and if it is forcibly peeled off, the film sheet may break and a portion of it may remain stuck, causing various problems.

A sealing bar equipped with a heating bar and waiting above a container on which a film sheet is placed is lowered, and the heating bar of the sealing bar presses the film sheet placed on the container against the sealing surface and welds it. The sealing device is provided with a temporary fixing means for temporarily fixing one end of the film sheet when the film sheet is placed on the container, and the other end of the temporarily fixed film sheet is attached to the container. The present invention is characterized in that the seal bar is provided with a tension member that pulls the seal bar as it descends.

Then, when the jig 1 holding the toner container 2 is transported to the station S1, the suction plate 4 and the ultrasonic sealing machine 17 are lowered to the position shown in FIG. By this lowering, the rear end 6a of the film sheet 6 is pressed and welded to the sealing surface 2a of the toner container 2 by the horn 17a of the ultrasonic sealing machine 17, thereby temporarily fixing the film sheet 6 to the sealing surface 2a.

When the sealer 7 is lowered to the position shown in FIG. 5, the contact portion 24 of the elastic member 22 comes into contact with the leading end 6b of the film sheet 6 on the sheet holder lb. When the sealer 7 further descends, the contact portion 24 of the elastic member 22
