For example, there are many types of accessories used for microwave ovens, such as heat-resistant glass shelves, cooking books, instruction manuals,
There are warranty cards, warning flyers, cooking cards for card readers, groping needles for frozen foods, groping needles for temperature detection, and containers such as cake molds. These accessories have different materials, weights, strengths, etc., depending on the model of the cooking appliance.

In this case, packaging components and packaging methods must be selected for each accessory, which poses a problem of making the packaging process more troublesome. In particular, glass shelves require strict packaging because they are easily damaged.

In this case, in order to prevent the packaging boxes from moving within the cooking chamber, it was necessary to fill the empty space in the cooking chamber or fix them using other suitable fixing means such as adhesive tape. Because of the use of stuffing, etc., there is a problem that the work is troublesome and the packaging cost further increases. Moreover,
Since packaging was troublesome, unpacking was also troublesome.

The folded edges 14, 14 are bent at opposing sides having the same length as the length L of the flat plate portion 13. This embodiment shows a case in which the folded edge 14 is bent so that its cross section is approximately U-shaped in order to further increase the strength of the mount 4. Further, other folded edges 15 and 16 are provided as necessary to further increase the strength of the mount 4, and are bent so that the angle with the flat plate portion 13 is acute.

Although this adhesive is applied to all of the above surfaces in this embodiment, it may be applied only to the periphery of the flat plate portion 13. Furthermore, the flat plate portion 13 of the mount 4 is provided with a plurality of through holes 30. These through holes 30 are arranged so that when the accessory 6 is placed on the flat plate portion 13, at least one of them will not be blocked regardless of how it is placed.

In this embodiment, the packaging film 5 is made transparent or colored transparent so that the contents of the accessories 6 to 12 etc. can be visually recognized during packaging. This packaging film 5 is attached to the above-mentioned mount 4
By this adhesion, the accessories 6 to 12 placed on the flat plate part 13 are attached to the mount 4.
It is designed to be sandwiched between the package and the package.

are stacked in the stated order, and then the accessories 6 to 12 and the mount 4 are covered with the packaging film 5 as shown in FIG. The accessory 10 is for protecting the cooking booklet 8, and the excess portion that is larger than the cooking booklet 8 and protruding from its entire circumference is folded into the cooking booklet 8, and is attached to the cooking booklet 8 with an adhesive tape 31. An accessory (temperature sensing probe) 12 is held. Further, in the above state, the periphery of the packaging film 5 is pressed and bonded to the periphery of the flat plate portion 13 if necessary. Then, air is sucked between the mount 4 and the packaging film 5 by communicating the through holes 30 of the mount 4 with a vacuum suction source. Then, the packaging film 5 is reliably adhered to the mount 4. This completes the application of the packaging film 5, and thereby the accessories 6 to 12 are wrapped and fixed.

調理室1の対角線長さに略等しい。 The accessory package obtained in the above manner is folded as follows to constitute the packaging assembly 3. That is, first, the folded edges 14, 14 are formed on a pair of opposing sides of the flat plate part 13 by valley folding around the folds 17, 18, 20, 25, respectively. Next, valley folds are performed around the folds 23 and 28, and mountain folds are performed around the folds 24 and 29, respectively. Finally, mountain folds are performed around the folds 21 and 26, and valley folds are performed around the fold 19. Then, the folded edges 15 and 16 are formed by bending the other pair of opposing sides of the flat plate part 13, and these ends form a bending angle of θ 4 and θ 11 to form both ends of the folded edges 15 and 16. are stacked in each column. The above assembly constitutes the packaging assembly 3. Therefore, the total length of the packaging assembly 3 is substantially equal to the diagonal length of the rectangular cooking chamber 1 since it is formed by the length L of the flat plate portion 13.

If it is inside the box, it can be wrapped regardless of its size, position, number, etc. In other words, the packaging member can be made common to various models of cooking appliances.

The interior is partitioned into two spaces 1a that are approximately triangular in shape when viewed from the opening direction. The packaging assembly 3 is thereby positioned within the cooking chamber 1. Therefore, there is no need to specially pack stuffing into the cooking chamber 1 or to fix the packaging assembly 3. Moreover, when the packaging assembly 3 is inserted into the cooking chamber 1 through the opening in the depth direction, the cooking chamber 1 is partitioned into two approximately triangular spaces 1a located on both sides of the packaging assembly 3. , Assemble the packaging 3 while inserting your hands into these spaces 1a as necessary.

The rigidity of the entire mount 4 can be increased. As a result, even though the heat-resistant glass shelf board (accessory 6) is packaged, sufficient strength can be obtained so that it will not be deformed due to vibrations during transportation.

The cooking chamber 1 is partitioned by the two triangular spaces 1a formed on both sides of the packing assembly 3, and the packing assembly 3 can be removed from the cooking chamber 1 by inserting your hand into the two triangular spaces 1a formed on both sides of the packing assembly 3. The assembly 3 can be easily taken out from the cooking chamber 1.

You may use the one shown. This mount 4 has a form suitable for a case where the size of the cooking chamber of the cooking appliance is slightly smaller than that of the above-mentioned embodiment, and the differences from the mount shown in FIG. 1 will be described below. きる。 Furthermore, in the present invention, the packaging film 5 may be heat-shrinkable. In this case, it does not matter whether or not the mount 4 has an adhesive and the through holes 30, but it goes without saying that heat must be applied to adhere the mount 4 to the mount 4. Of course, it goes without saying that if the heat-shrinkable packaging film 5 is used in the above-mentioned embodiment and the heat-shrinkable film is used in combination, the accessories can be more securely wrapped and fixed. Furthermore, in the case where the folded edges 15 and 16 are omitted in the present invention, the folded edges 15 and 16 are omitted.
The ends of 4 and 14 may be cut out or bent in advance to form an angle of θ 4 or θ 11 . Furthermore, the folded edges 14, 14 may have a configuration in which the cross section thereof is bent into a substantially L-shape. Furthermore, the present invention is not limited to microwave ovens, but can be implemented in ovens and the like as long as the cooking device has a rectangular cooking chamber.

Since the present invention described above has the structure described in the claims above, the number of parts required for packaging the cooking appliance accessories and storing them in the cooking chamber is extremely small, and the number and position of the accessories can be reduced. Packaging parts can be standardized based on size, etc. Therefore, the material cost and processing cost can be reduced compared to the conventional method, and the overall packaging cost can be reduced.
In addition, the folded edges that are bent on the pair of opposite sides of the flat plate part, which have approximately the same length as the diagonal length of the rectangular cooking chamber of the cooker, ensure great strength for packaging assembly. In addition to the fact that the packaging assembly can be used as a handle, the packaging assembly is stored in the cooking chamber by partitioning the cooking chamber into two approximately triangular spaces, and the spaces on both sides of the packaging assembly can be used as work space when inserting and removing the packaging assembly. Since it can be used, there are effects such as being able to easily perform the work of inserting and removing packaging assemblies into and from the cooking chamber.
