Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a locally deformable sheet and to easily electrically seal a circuit of an arbitrary shape by connecting a conductive sheet of a metal cloth having flexibility and an insulation sheet having flexibility of a thin film by conductive adhesive of the thin film, and forming an integrated sheet. CONSTITUTION:A surface sheet 1 having conductivity is formed of a flexible aluminum thin plate or metal cloth knitted by metal yarns. ンドイッチされた状態のフレキシブルシールドシート4
を得ることができる。このフレキシブルシールドシート
4は可とう性を有し、かつ、局部的に力を加える事によ
り、容易に局部変形をおこすことができる。このフレキ
シブルシールドシートを図2の適用例に示すようにきょ
う体5内の回路部6を被覆するためにフレキシブルシー
ルドシート4Aを装着する場合には、きょう体5に合わ
せて局部変形を加え密接させる事ができる。具体的なフ
レキシブルシールドシート4の加工方法は図1(b)に
示すように、任意の形状のきょう体5の密接部に対して
フレキシブルシールドシート4の裏面シート2を適切な
形状に裁断し、合わせる事により簡易に密接させる事が
できる。裏面シート2を切断し削除すると、導電性接着
剤3が露出しこの部分をきょう体5の金属部に接着する
ことにより容易にシールド効果を得る事ができる。
