【考案の詳細な説明】
〔考案の目的〕
(産業上の利用分野)
この考案は、点検用グレーチングの開閉装置に
関する。[Detailed description of the invention] [Purpose of the invention] (Field of industrial application) This invention relates to an opening/closing device for inspection gratings.
(従来の技術)
従来、高架橋の点検用歩橋には風圧の関係から
グレーチング(綱鉄製の格子状の溝蓋)が床板と
して使用されており、該グレーチングをボルトで
締付け固定している。しかし、定期的なケーブル
等の点検時には、これらのボルトを取り外してグ
レーチングを外して行つており、点検後はまた、
グレーチングをボルトで固定するものであり、そ
の作業中に誤つてボルト等を落下させることが多
く、極めて危険であると共にまた、不経済でもあ
つた。また、ボルトを支持梁に倒立自在に枢着し
ておき、固定時には、グレーチング側に形成した
係止板に穿設した切り欠きに嵌まるようボルトを
立て該ボルトにナツトを螺子止めして固定した構
造のものが特開平1−214639号公報に記載されて
いるが、この構造では便宜上ナツトを螺合したま
まボルトを倒立するため、係止板の縁角部にナツ
トが当たり倒立不能となり、そのためには点検の
際には、かなりナツトを緩めたり締めたりしなけ

(問題点を解決するための手段)
以下、この考案の第一実施例を第1図〜3図に
より説明すると、支持梁3の上に載置した点検用
グレーチング1において、該グレーチングの縁付
近の隣接するベアリングバー1a間に、係止板2
を設け、該係止板2には螺子棒4の挿入する切り
欠き2aを設け、該螺子棒4の後端部に抜け防止
用のストツパー部4cを設け、螺子棒の軸の径よ
りやや大きい幅を有する長穴6aを形成した案内
枠6を設け、螺子棒4が長穴6a内を移動するこ
とにより係止板2の切り欠き2aに挿入してナツ
ト5を締めることによりグレーチング1と支持梁
3とを一時固定し、ナツトを緩め、螺子棒4を切
り欠き2aより移動させることによりグレーチン
グを開放させるものである。尚、前記ナツト5も
ゆるみ止めナツトを使用すれば螺子棒4より抜け
落ちることがなく、また、係止板2の端部はやや
上方に曲げ、ナツト5が振動等により外れるのを
防止するよう構成してもよい。

閉塞する際にもナツト等が脱落して下方に危険を
与えることがなく、更に、ナツト5は、横方向に
摺動させるため、少し緩めたり、締めたりすれば
よく、省力的であり、しかもこのゆるみ止めナツ
トを使用すれば螺子棒より外れて落ちる恐れがな
く、極めて有益なる効果を奏する。
