Claims (11)
- 1.複数のウェルを備え、各ウェルは底部出口を有する処理すべきマイクロタイ タープレト(35;44)を受け取りそして保持するための手段(42、43) と、前記マイクロタイタープレート(35;44)のウェルにガス圧力を加える ための可動的に装着された装置(5;47)であって、該装置は密封手段(31 ;48)を包含しており、マイクロタイタープレートの上部へのアクセスを許す 位置と、前記密封手段(31;48)を介してマイクロタイタープレートと密封 接触し、マイクロタイタープレートのウェルの入口にガス圧力を加え、各ウェル の底部出口を通してウェル内に存在する液体を押し出すようになっている位置と の間を動くことができる装置(5;47) とからなることを特徴とする、マイクロタイタープレートにおいて生化学反応を 実施するための装置。
- 2.請求の範囲第1項記載の装置において、前記マイクロタイタープレート保持 手段が、少なくとも2つのマイクロタイタープレートを上下に重ねて保持するこ とができ、2つのマイクロタイタープレートのウェルが互いに整合しており、上 方のプレートの1つのウェルの出口が下に位置するマイクロタイタープレートの 対応するウェルの入口に重ねて置かれ、前記ガス圧力を付与したときに、上方の プレートから下方のプレートヘの液体の移送を許すようになっていることを特徴 とする装置。
- 3.請求の範囲第1項または第2項記載の装置において、前記マイクロタイター プレート保持手段(42、43)の下方に排液収集手段(13;46)を包含す ることを特徴とする装置。
- 4.請求の範囲第2項または第3項記載の装置において、前記マイクロタイター プレート保持手段、前記ガス圧力付与装置(5)およびオプションとして、前記 上方マイクロタイタープレート(35)のウェルヘ液体を分配する手段(4)を 包含する処理部(1)と、少なくとも2つのマイクロタイタープレートを保持す る保管ラック(2)と、 このラック(2)と処理部(1)の間でマイクロタイタープレートを移動させる 手段(3) とからなることを特徴とする装置。
- 5.請求の範囲第1項から第4項のうちいずれか1つに記載の装置において、前 記ガス圧力付与装置(5;47)が、処理しようとしている前記マイクロタイタ ープレート(35;44)と少なくとも長さ、幅で同じプレート部材(12)を 包含し、このプレート部材(12)が、前記マイクロタイタープレートに対面す る側に弾性材料のカラー(31)を有し、ガス圧力付与装置(5;47)をマイ クロタイタープレートに密封連結してマイクロタイタープレート(35;44) 、カラー(31;48)および圧力装置プレート(12;47)によってガス付 与スペース(34;50)を形成させるようになっており、それによって、すべ てのウェルの入口に同じ圧力を付与するようにしたことを特徴とする装置。
- 6.請求の範囲第5項記載の装置において、カラー(31;48)は膨張可能で あることを特徴とする装置。
- 7.請求の範囲第5項記載の装置において、前記マイクロタイタープレートおよ び前記ガス圧力付与装置が相互に圧迫されて前記スペース(34:50)を形成 することを特徴とする装置。
- 8.請求の範囲第4項から第7項までのいずれか1つに記載の装置において、さ らにインキュベーション部(6)を包含し、このインキュベーシヨン部内で、少 なくとも1つのマイクロタイターブレートを選定時間、制御温度にさらすことが でき、マイクロタイタープレート移送手段(3)がマイクロタイタープレートを 前記インキュベーション部(6)へ移送あるいはそこから移送することができる ことを特徴とする装置。
- 9.請求の範囲第1項から第8項までのいずれか1つに記載の装置において、処 理部(1)において少なくとも前記上方マイクロタイタープレート(35)に振 動を与えてウェル内の溶液または懸濁液を混合させるか、あるいは、ウェル内の 懸濁液を懸濁状態に保つか、もしくは、この両方を行うことのできる手段(7) を包含することを特徴とする装置。
- 10.請求の範囲第4項から第9項までのいずれか1つに記載の装置において、 前記処理部(1)でガス雰囲気を制御する手段を包含することを特徴とする装置 。
