2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a knitting method called a plain jacquard or a floating jacquard is known. In the knitting method, for example, in the case of a black and white bi-colored Jacquard jacquard, the black yarn is knitted in the region where the black yarn appears on the knitted fabric surface, while the white yarn is missed and the white yarn appears next on the knitted fabric surface. The knitting yarn crosses the back surface of the knitted fabric without forming a loop,
It will be in a state called floating. On the contrary, in the area where the white yarn appears on the surface of the knitted fabric, the black yarn is in a floating state where the knitting yarn crosses the back surface of the knitted fabric without forming a loop.

As a knitting method for a knitted fabric, after the knitting yarn is supplied to the front needle bed, the knitting yarn is supplied to the rear needle bed, and the knitting yarn is supplied in a circular shape in the front needle bed. A knitting method called tubular knitting is also known, in which a knitted fabric to be knitted and a knitted fabric to be knitted on a rear needle bed are knitted in a state of being connected at both end portions of a knitting region. The knitted fabric knitted in this way can be used, for example, when the front body part of the sweater is knitted with the front needle bed and the back body part is knitted with the rear needle bed. Knit the body parts separately, and after knitting,
Since the post-treatment for connecting both body parts by sewing is not necessary, the production cost of the product can be reduced.

A conventional knitting method is, for example, a plain portion 101 and a shaded portion 1 as shown in FIG.
In the case of knitting a striped pattern Jacquard having a striped pattern 02 appearing alternately on the surface of the knitted fabric (actually, the yarn feeder is reversed at the location of the line V-V to knit a tubular knit, but for convenience of explanation 6 shows a state in which the line is developed centering on the line VV, the left side of the line VV is knitted with the front needle bed, and the right side is knitted with the rear needle bed.), FIG. Using the yarn feeder M appearing on the knitted fabric surface in the portion 101 and the yarn feeder N appearing on the knitted fabric surface in the plain portion 102, the yarn feeding port M is used by the leading cam of the double cam and the yarn feeding port N is used by the trailing cam. Knit on the needle bed behind to the right. Next, in FIG. 7-2, the carriage is reversed and knitting is performed with the same yarn feeders M and N as in FIG. 7-1 to the left in the front needle bed, and the knitting yarn is supplied in a circular shape in the clockwise direction. In the knitted fabric knitted in this way, as shown in FIG. 8, the knitting yarn supplied by the yarn feeder N that crosses the back surface of the knitted fabric without forming a loop at the hatched portion,
First, the knitting yarn is supplied to the point T in the right direction, and after the carriage is inverted, the knitting yarn is supplied from the point S when the knitting yarn is supplied in the left direction. Therefore, the knitting yarn supplied from the yarn feeder N is short-circuited from the point T to the point S on the needle bed which directly opposes the point T without passing through the point V which is the side end of the knitting region. As a result, the inner diameter is narrowed with respect to the tubular diameter of the tubular knitted fabric, and there is a problem that the short-circuited bridging yarn is caught when the knitted fabric is worn, and is cut or unraveled.

As described above, in the method for knitting a tubular knitted fabric for a plain jacquard of the present invention, a yarn feeder group used for knitting on the front needle bed and a yarn feeder used for knitting on the rear needle bed. The knitting yarns divided into groups are entangled at both end portions of the knitted fabric, and the knitted fabrics knitted on both the front and rear needle beds are connected, and loops are not formed at both end portions of the knitted fabric. The knitting yarn that floats across the back side of the knitted fabric is entangled with the knitting yarn that forms the knitting fabric that is knitted on the needle beds facing each other at the side end of the knitted fabric, and is knitted into the next course while being held. Therefore, the knitting yarn does not short-circuit and cross between the knitted fabrics knitted on both the front and rear needle beds. Therefore, the problems that the conventional knitting methods have, such as narrowing the inner diameter with respect to the cylinder diameter by the transition yarn and causing the short-circuited knitting yarn to be caught and broken during wearing, do not occur.
