Abstract

PURPOSE:To strongly fix and seal a container main body and a bonding material within a short time while suppressing environmental pollution using a plate material having a combustible matrix such as paper and avoiding the complication of manufacture. CONSTITUTION:An induction heating coil 4 is arranged in close vicinity to a bonding part 3 and the heating control member 5, which is composed of a magnetic material concentrating magnetic flux to a metal thin inner layer 12, covering the coil 4 on the side not opposed to the bonding part 3 and positioned in the vicinity of the bonding part 3 is arranged behind the induction heating coil 4 and, thereafter, the induction heating coil 4 is operated to thermally weld the bonding part 3.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention is a flammable container suitable for containing a sealing agent, an adhesive, a liquid wax, a printing ink, a paint, a food or the like, and can be easily burned and discarded to reduce pollution. And a flammable container.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as known from Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 4-35576, a flammable container having a container body made of a paper-based material has been adopted in place of a metal can such as tin or aluminum. Now, we are trying to reduce the pollution by facilitating the disposal by combustion. In this case, at the joint portion between the container body and the lid, etc., thin resin outer layers such as polyethylene coat coated on the outer layer of paper material are butted against each other, and the whole container is passed through a high temperature heating furnace to form the resin layer at the joint portion. Is melted, or an adhesive is interposed in the joint to fix the joint, thereby joining the joints together and sealing the joints.

However, in the manufacturing method in which the entire container is passed through a high-temperature heating furnace, the container may be deformed, and in the manufacturing method using an adhesive, the number of steps is increased and the manufacturing is complicated. There is a problem that becomes.

Focusing on induction heating technology using high frequency waves, the induction heating coil is placed close to the joint, and local heating treatment is performed through a thin metal inner layer such as aluminum foil laminated on the base material. However, even if the induction heating coil is simply placed close to the joint and the coil is operated, the effective magnetic flux cannot be effectively concentrated in the thin metal inner layer near the joint, resulting in sufficient heating. It is difficult to secure sufficient welding strength because the amount cannot be obtained, and if the heat treatment time or the output of the coil is increased, problems such as deformation of the container body and burning will occur. In particular, when a spiral can in which a plate body is spirally wound around the container body is used, heat easily escapes along the spiral, and this problem becomes remarkable.

Therefore, in order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 is, as shown in FIG.
In a method of manufacturing a flammable container, a joining member 2 having a resin outer surface is joined to a container body 1 made of a plate material 10 in which a thin metal inner layer 12 and a thin resin outer layer 13 are laminated on a flammable base material 11. Correspondingly, the induction heating coil 4 is arranged in close proximity to the outside of the induction heating coil 4,
A heating control body 5 which covers the non-facing side of the joint 3 and concentrates magnetic flux on the thin metal inner layer 12 located near the joint 3.
Then, the induction heating coil 4 was activated to heat-bond the joint portion 3.
