In modern buildings, instead of the solid walls mentioned above,
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 5, an intermediate space partition wall C having a hollow portion B formed between two opposing wall plates A such as silicon calcium plates is often used. The middle space partition wall C has many advantages such as being lightweight, reducing the cost of the members used, and being excellent in the heat insulating and soundproofing effect of the hollow portion B.

Among them, in the fire protection structure of FIG. 3, a box type metal sleeve F as shown in FIG. 4 is installed in the opening D,
Non-combustible fibers G such as rock wool are packed in the metal sleeve F, and fireproof plates H such as calcium silicate plates are attached to both sides of the opening D by anchor bolts J to connect the fireproof plate H and the penetrating member E. A heat-resistant sealing material K is filled in the gap between them to close the opening D.

In the fire protection structure shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, a refractory frame L made of a refractory material such as a calcium silicate plate is formed on the inner periphery of the opening D, and a non-combustible fiber G such as rock wool is formed inside the frame L. The fireproof plates H, such as calcium silicate plates, are packed in both sides of the opening D and attached with anchor bolts J.
The heat-resistant sealing material K is filled in the gap between the penetrating member E and the penetrating member E to close the opening D.

. Usually, the wall plate A of the medium space partition wall C is a laminate of about two gypsum boards or silicon calcium plates of about 20 mm, so the mechanical strength is low and the wall plate A itself may be loaded. Can not. Therefore, in the conventional fire protection structure shown in FIG. 3, in order to install the heavy metal sleeve F, a support frame made of steel or the like must be prepared and the sleeve F must be welded to the support frame. The construction was troublesome. In particular, a hole is made in the existing wall board A and the opening D
When forming the above, it was difficult to construct the support frame, and actually it was difficult to construct.

. In both the fire protection structure shown in FIG. 3 and the fire protection structure shown in FIG. 5, since the fireproof plate H is struck directly to the wall plate A by the anchor bolts J, when a fire occurs, the heat and flames cause the same fire. Cracks occur in the anchor bolt J
There is a possibility that the fireproof plate H will fall off, and if this happens, the fire protection structure of the corner becomes useless.

(Means for Solving the Problems) As shown in FIG. 1, a fireproof structure for a penetration portion of an electric wire, a conduit or the like in a medium space partition wall of the present invention is a hollow portion between two opposing wall plates AA. In the opening D of the intermediate space partition wall C in which B is formed, the penetration member E such as an electric wire or conduit is penetrated into the opening D in the penetration part of the electric wire or conduit in the intermediate space partition wall. A support metal fitting 1 (FIG. 2) in which an insertion support portion 2 having an L-shaped cross section and an outer support portion 3 having an L-shaped cross section protruding outward from the wall plate A are connected in series.
However, as shown in FIG. 1, the insertion support portions 2 are inserted into the opening D, and the plurality of outer support portions 3 are attached to the inner peripheral surface of the opening D so as to project from the wall plate A. A refractory filler 4 formed in a desired shape in advance is packed and held between the insertion support portion 2 and the penetrating member E, as shown in FIG. 1, inside the outer support portion 3 and at the opening D. The refractory plates 5 which are formed in a desired shape in advance are attached to both outer sides.

(Operation) In the fire protection structure for the penetration portion of the electric wire, the electric conduit, etc. in the intermediate space partition wall of the present invention, among the plurality of support fittings 1 attached to the inner peripheral surface of the opening D as shown in FIG. A refractory filling material 4 which is formed in a predetermined shape in advance is packed between the insertion support portion 2 and the penetrating member E, and is formed in a desired shape inside the outer support portion 3 and on both outsides of the opening D in advance. Since the fireproof plate 5 is attached, even if a fire occurs and the wall plate A is cracked, the fireproof filler 4 and the fireproof plate 5 are supported by the outer supporting portion 3 and are unlikely to collapse, so Fire resistance is maintained.
