Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.膜(5)と、 屈曲モードで動作する複合厚肉構造を有し、前記膜を振動させるアクチュエータ (7)と、 流体を前記膜の表面に直接供給する手段(3)とを備え、流体が該手段から前記 膜の振動により噴霧されることを特徴とする流体の小水滴製造装置。 2.前記膜(50)を多孔質とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の流体の小水 滴製造装置。 3.前記膜が組織化された表面(51)を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は 請求項2記載の流体の小水滴製造装置。 4.前記アクチュエータが電気ひずみ(例えば、ピエゾ電気)又は磁気ひずみ部 材(70)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載 の流体の小水滴製造装置。 5.前記部材が第1層(71)を有し、且つ前記アクチュエータがさらに前記部 材に機械的に接着された少なくとも一つの他の層(72)を有することを特徴と する請求項4記載の流体の小水滴製造装置。 6.さらに、電界又は磁界を印加させることによって前記部材の平面寸法の長さ を変化させるように配置された電極(275、282)を有し、これにより他の 層との機械的反作用が前記アクチュエータを屈曲させることを特徴とする請求項 5記載の流体の小水滴製造装置。 7.前記部材と他の層との機械的剛性が実質的に同一であることを特徴とする請 求項6記載の流体の小水滴製造装置。 8.前記部材の機械的剛性の他の層に対する比率α(Yh2−αY′h′2)が 、0.3<α<10の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項7記載の流体の小水 滴製造装置。 9.アクチュエータが環状のディスク(70)であり、前記膜(5)がディスク の中心穴に渡って配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一 項に記載の流体の小水滴製造装置。 10.前記膜が複合薄肉構造のアクチュエータと一体的に形成されていることを 特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の流体の小水滴製造装置。 11.流体は毛管給水装置により膜に供給されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至 10のいずれか一項に記載の流体の小水滴製造装置。 12.前記毛管給水装置が連続気泡発泡体又は繊維状の芯(30)を有している ことを特徴とする請求項11記載の流体の小水滴製造装置。 13.前記流体が、それにより小水滴が拡散される膜の表面に供給されることを 特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の流体の小水滴製造装置。 14.さらに前記アクチュエータを共振振動するよう駆動する自動同調駆動回路 (300、303)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項 に記載の流体の小水滴製造装置。 15.前記アクチュエータが、それによりフィードバック信号が前記駆動回路に フィードバックされるフィードバック電極(276)を有することを特徴とする 請求項14記載の流体の小水滴製造装置。
